Private 3bdrm home with lovely outdoor space, close to Papamoa Beach and Plaza

At the end of a long driveway, this 3bdrm, 1bthrm home is nestled on 410m2, surrounded by trees, and plants. Safe spot tucked away.
This home has the basics - microwave, toaster and jug, coffee and tea, utensils, pots/pans.
The large corner couch has a pull out innersprung double bed, and the other long couch side doubles as another single bed. 2x extra foam single mattress and/or double air mattress available if required, so the home can sleep up to 8-9 people total.
Bathroom has toilet, vanity, large shower, and dressing table with mirror. Mirror has backlighting and a demister built in.
Wrap around decking out the front with gazebo area which is lovely to enjoy the fresh sea air and relax during the day, and listen to the waves crashing on Papamoa beach at night.
3mins drive to Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island, supermarkets, and local bars and cafes.
4 mins drive to the beautiful Papamoa Beach, or a 15 min stroll.
Papamoa Beach is excellent for surfing, swimming, kite boarding, with Surf Rescue staff on duty based at Papamoa Surf Club.
15mins drive to Mt Maunganui. 2hr 45min drive from Auckland to Papamoa Beach. Come down to taste the beach life on your break away.

Privacy in Papamoa
Our group enjoyed a comfortable stay. We had 2 families staying and the house was great for what we needed. Host was excellent to communicate with. We had a small issue with the shower but the host was very responsive and available for anything we needed.

Papamoa Getaway
A very neat and comfortable bach just a short drive to the beach and shops. The deck was a great spot to enjoy the afternoon sun after a day on the beach and the kids enjoyed the Play Station when we were at the bach. My only criticism would be the very poor shower pressure, not ideal.

Amazing home
Amazing home , host was amazing with communication and any needs. Very warm and beautiful home , out door area as well felt like summer on our stay , very close to shops and restaurants, and the beach I’ll recommend to any family
