We stayed here after a mandatory evacuation. As a large family with pets, kids range from toddler to teenager this place was PERFECT. Kid friendly, spacious, clean, had everything we needed and more. Literally a home away from home! Hurricane evacuations are stressful and the host was kind from checkin to check out, checking in on us and being a just a good person. Which is hard to find nowadays! Neighborhood was clean and safe. We plan on coming back to visit Disney and will be staying here. This was the best vrbo we stayed at. I really cannot say enough great things, we were SO happy with our stay. Thank you! here!

This is a lovely place. We found this home to be clean, spacious and comfortable. Upon first arrival there was a cleaning issue which the manager addressed and it was quickly resolved. We had another minor need which was not. But overall it was an excellent place to stay.

they charged more for the cleaning fee than the stay yet there was a half eaten lotte and a half drunk bottle of soda in the refrigerator. Pictures are available. Taking a shower was unpleasant.....the water heater was most certainly turned all the way down because at full hot the water was barely warm....won't stay there again

The whole process was so easy, the owner was very efficient and kind, the house was very clean, the location was very quiet and peaceful, the house was stocked the best that I have ever seen with absolutely everything you would need for a vacation stay or overnight night stay. I will definitely recommend this VRBO and I will definitely use this owner again if the need comes up.

Perfect for work get away
We had a nice stay here. It was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a trial at the Lake County Courthouse and it was very easy to get to and conveniently located to nearby restaurants. Our only recommendation would be to add shower curtain liners and some hangers in the closets.

Everything was clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Only problem was we have 2 very small dogs and they got out of the yard. Luckily a very nice neighbor found them and we watched the dogs more carefully when they were in the yard.

Communication was great. We had an issue with the toilet that was taken care of the very next day. We were just using it for sleep, so we didnā€™t need anything fancy. Probably needs some bedside lighting, other than that, all was good.

Loved it. It just needed a few repairs. Theflipper on guest toilet was broke and we made do so we wasnt bothering anyone. Also the porch screen needed replaced. There wasnt any screen in it.

Pros: The fully fenced-in yard, the work station, the usable garage. Cons: Uncomfortable beds, no night tables or lamps, no place to put clothes (no hangers or dressers), uncomfortable couches, not enough dining seating compared to number of beds, etc. After communicating with the owner (Morandy), I learned that he is new to the world of vacation rentals. I'm confident that if Morandy implements the improvements I suggested, this will be a home future vacationers will want to return to.
