Check-out time is 10 am and check-in time is at 4 pm. I adhere to all CDC cleaning guidelines, which necessitate the unit to be completely vacant for a specific period. Unfortunately, due to this requirement, I am unable to accommodate late check-out or early check-in requests. I kindly ask that you adjust your travel plans accordingly.

PETS: Unfortunately, HOA rules do not allow guests to bring dogs. Service dogs require HOA Proof of Service Dog documentation and vaccination documentation particularly Rabies before you arrive. Please inform me of any service dogs at the time of your booking. You will not be allowed on the property if you fail to tell me about your service dog per HOA rules and state law.

MARINA/BOAT ACCESS: Marina dock space and boat parking/storage are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rentals can be arranged through our Marina Dock Master with proof of Liability Insurance. You can apply for rentals up to two weeks before your arrival. So that you know, JETSKIS are prohibited on the property or the marina. If you arrive with a Jetski or a boat without a boat slip or trailer parking reservation, you will be turned away at the gate and unable to stay in the condo at your own expense. Our on-site MARINA can accommodate boats up to 28ft in length. Slip rental is available for $4 per foot per day, and boat trailer parking is $40 per day (free with slip rental).

Ocean Pointe is a fantastic condominium complex situated at mile marker 92 Oceanside in Tavernier, just to the south of Key Largo and to the north of Islamorada, on 60 acres of protected mangrove forest.
The Keys are a chain of unique and interconnected islands, some inhabited and some not, located at the southernmost part of the United States, ending in the City of Key West, just 90 miles from Cuba. Locally known as "The Conch Republic," the Florida Keys are a spectacular and laid-back sub-tropical paradise surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay/Gulf of Mexico. The Keys offer great fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, hotels, resorts, B&Bs, cuisine, and cocktails to fit every budget. There is entertainment to suit every taste, important history, and a unique culture, as well as spellbinding sunsets and special events throughout the year. You don't need a passport to visit here. Unfortunately, HOA doesn't allow furry friends, so no pets are allowed.

The condo is located on the third floor with an elevator.
We will provide basic starter amenities of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, a garbage bag, and paper towels to ensure our guests feel at home! Please prepare for longer stays, if needed.
Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable:
laundry detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer, salt, pepper, spices, Keureg coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, suntan lotion, and bug spray.
Please do not request to negotiate the cleaning fee. It's challenging to find good help in the Keys, and everyone deserves fair compensation for their hard work!
Purchasing travel insurance to cover travel delays, bad weather, or unexpected life events is recommended and encouraged. Hurricane season is from June 1 to December 1, and there will be no refunds for canceled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.
The sliding screen comes off the track, so you are aware.
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, the HOA will conduct insect spraying. Access is required on that day, so please do not schedule any appointments.
