We selected this property because it had a private beach and the cost was reasonable.
The property is an efficient design, either a cottage, or a small house, that opens to the yard leading to the beach. It has 3 good sized BRs, 2 small bath rooms with a shower, no tub, a tight kitchen, without an oven, and in another area, a work area with a sink.
The eating table is on the patio.
The property decor is relaxing--white walls, doors, and bedding, and bronze fixtures, complimented with two barn doors, and gray toned furnishings.
The beds were comfortable, but high off the floor--which allows storage underneath, but might be too high for small children.
There are a limited number of eating establishments, but we found G's pizza, Dudley's kitchen, and the Hilltop bar to offer good food.
The owner quickly responded to my emails.
