Amazing stay!
Had a great stay at the Mercure. Amazing location, within walking distance to all the main sites in Old Town. Also when my AC had issues they responded with in 5 mins to quickly fix the problem. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Absolutely awesome place at all levels starting form the entry - Security, reception service is amazing, very welcoming, accommodating, yet highly professional (big thanks to Niko and others), the breakfast team, the food itself, bar tenders and sommelier, administrators (Dushka), room services and cleaning staff are amazing! Overall the level of standards is very high. We travel a lot both in Europe and in North America and we were very pleasantly surprised by the overall Hotel's amenities, the staff and services. They truly make you feel home. Definitely recommend with no hesitation! And if/when we come back to Tbilisi, we'll stay in Mercure.

The staff is simply amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests: rooms close to each other, some forgotten hygiene items, late checkout, etc. The breakfast buffet has good choices of regional food and has an authentic Georgian sweets and is presented in a very elegant way. Yes, I wish the rooms had some USB ports for more convenient charging and a bit more stability with the hot water temp in early mornings - something that seems to be a common problem in the region - but this is definitely the hotel Iā€™ll choose for my next stay!
