The people behind the desk were beyond great. I was from out of town and needed to catch a local bus to New York. They provided me the hotel.information and even walked me out to the bus stop which was farther down the road than i expected. They were great and made my life a breeze. The hotel was clean and a newer facility.

I liked that it was easy to check in and out. The toilet clogged on us on day 1 and we had to call to send someone to come fix it. I liked the view from our room and the room space was comfortable. I wish they had a microwave in the room though

Good stay, if your staying here you need a car, but mall, NY and restaurants area no more than 9 miles away. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Totally recommend. I stay at this place because it was close from my cousins home and we we where planning to stay in the NJ Area. the best part was the parking and the free valet

Loved the hotel. Clean & beautiful.convenient to the Meadowlands for a NFL game. Have stayed here a few times & always happy with it. My only complaint this time is that we had an early departure & I went down for coffee at 5am & it was cold & from the day before. Nothing fresh or ready. They should have coffee available & fresh/hot 24hrs a day. Multiple people were there as well trying to get a cup of coffee.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns we have been to. The only negative was that the pillows were too soft. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

Hotel cancelled our 2 reservations without informing us after were late due to a plane delay. And they had no more rooms to offer us at 3am as they sold out. Whatever happened to a guaranteed booking? We are required to pay for the first nights stay if we cancel 48 hours before, yet they just cancelled our reservation without any recourse.

Location is convenient, staff are friendly. The reason for the average is the intermittent smell of marijuana on the floor we stayed. Not sure how the smell was in the hallway and in our room (we were not near the elevator). Notified front desk. Offered to have house keeping check the area. It was disappointing experience since I inquired that the property was non-smoking before booking.

Overall it's not bad I don't understand why this place is called a 4-star hotel. The shower booth was also inconvenient. In particular, Shower towel that looks like it has been used for a long time....
