We originally booked one double room and one family and we got transferred out of both of them. The double room had been just recently “fixed” but as we walked in the room smelled like sewage. The family room’s Ac did not work and they could not find another family room available so we had to stay in a double room. The worst part was the first night the hotel did not have electricity for about 3 hours at night, it was impossible to sleep with in rooms without ventilation and 90 degrees weather. I will not go back to this place and would not recommend.

Un día entero la alberca estuvo fuera de servicio. Pobres acabados de la habitación. No brindan toallas para la alberca. Malas formas de responder cuando preguntas en recepción.

La aplicación de hoteles mando el correo de reservación hasta mucho después del chek in. Por lo cual no pudieron darme habitación, pues el hotel tampoco tenían la confirmación. Si me cobro la aplicación pero no me dieron el servicio. Una estafa. No pude cancelar por qué mandaron el correo hasta mucho después horario del check in. Y ya había pagado otra habitación

Excelente opcion de hospedaje, Familiar
El hotel es 3 estrellas y cumple con los servicios ofertados, ideal para estar con la Familia y las mascotas, amplios jardines, 2 albercas y 1chapoteadero, juegos para niños y el ingreso a la plsya es accesible y el lugar es bello.

Muy buen hotel para disfrutar en familia y mascota
Me pareció un muy buen lugar para estar en familia y mascotas, la tranquilidad estuvo excelente. Lo que si falta un poco más en platillos para el restaurante. Y lo que falto que cada huésped se hiciera responsable sobre las heces de sus mascotas.

Las instalaciones están muy bien hermoso el lugar proactivo pero la habitación no estaba muy limpia, el frigobar más allá de que esta viejo, esta oxidado lo que da una poco higiénico. No hubo seña de cable desde el segundo día y la seña del wifi no llegaba a la habitación. Los alimentos están muy bien, la opción de “tienda de conveniencia” son muy pocos No hay acceso a playa y está muy descuidado esa zona y riesgosa porque al parecer hay deslaves de la arena
