Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung
Vermieter ist sehr nett,gibt auch Tipps für Ausflüge mit Kind und ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und sehr sauber und modern. Was als Familie sehr praktisch ist,dass die Wohnung zwei Toiletten hat ;-) und mit Badewanne und Dusche ,sowie mit zwei Waschbecken ausgestattet ist. Es gibt zu der Wohnung einen Stellplatz im Innenhof,dieser ist zwar etwas eng,aber Rückwärts geht das schon.Außerdem gibt es auf der Straße noch Parkmöglichkeiten. Bodenmais, Zwiesel,Regen, St. Engelmar alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar,Metzger und Bäcker nebenan. Das einzige was unsere Tochter störte,war das die Kirche gleich nebenan ist und Nachts das Glocken läuten zu hören war,sonst top Wohnung.

Neue und sehr grosse geräumige Ferienwohnung. War soweit alles notwendige da. Lage ist gut um in der Umgebung mit Kindern was zu unternehmen. Liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, ruhige Lage. Vermieter sehr nett und war auch gleich vor Ort. Beschreibung der Wohnung vom Vermieter trifft zu.

Ski Urlaub Großer Arber
Schlüssel Übergabe war schnell und unkompliziert. Besitzer war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung war beim eintreffen sehr sauber und modern gestaltet. Die Räume waren im allgeimeinen sehr groß und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Kurzurlaub zu Ostern
Die Ferienwohnung und die Ausstattung waren für uns perfekt. Bäcker und Metzger sind sozusagen direkt vor der Tür. Man hat sich sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Der Ideale Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge wie z.b. Sommerrodelbahn, Pullmann City, Tierpark Lohberg usw. Das einzigst nicht so schöne ist der Hinterhof durch den man gehen muss um zur Wohnung zu kommen,da dieser nicht beleuchtet ist und es ein paar Stolperstellen gibt. Wo man unbedingt mal reinschauen sollte ist der Abverkaufsladen Arbeitskleidung im EG.Tolle Schnäppchen gemacht. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder

Große Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, der Zugang über den Hinterhof okay. Die Einrichtung ist funktional oder wie ich sagen würde etwas nüchtern. Sie könnte das ein oder andere gemütliche und praktische Möbelstück mehr vertragen (Nachttische, Stühle im Schlafzimmer, Einrichtung im Wohn räum). Aber das sind nur kleinere Punkte im Gesamtbild!

Ferienwohnung ist super.
Die Wohnung ist top- einstelligste vor der Tür. Bäcker und Fleischer direkt neben dem Haus. Mit Kindern fährt man halt häufig nach Bodenmais für Aktivitäten, ansonsten alles super!!!!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr geräumig. Es war alles sauber und in der Küche alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Ausflüge super, man ist schnell an interessanten Orten.
