Good Size Rooms, Nice and Clean, Friendly Staff.
Friendly staff and good room, booked the room at the last minute (30 mins before arrival!) and the key was already ready when I got to the reception (in the pub). Only downside was being woken by guests in another room during their late check in.

Basic but comfortable.
Check-in was easy at the reception desk inside the pub. The room was basic, no decoration to speak of but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Value-for-money-wise, all was good.

Lovely place to stay, staff very friendly, room very spacious and quiet, large tv unlike some rooms, 2 small not so good bits, room.was very warm during the early hour's, avd some rather disappointing limescale over the bathroom taps, Otherwise great stay and would definitely stay again

Fallow Field at Marsden. Lovely welcome stay were very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy. If I stayed in Telford again I'd be very happy to re-book.

Sadly the reception staff were particularly unhelpful after they had cancelled my travelling companion’s booking. We were told many lies about their mistake and they refused a full refund to my friends. They totally refused me a refund so I had to stay on my own. They were unreasonable and unapologetic.

Food and breakfast available across the car park. Friendly service. Wide menu, affordable however service station behind the hotel if preferred. Roundabout can be busy. Free WiFi, big bed. Little pricey per night.

Clean and simple rooms. Not much in the area it’s based next to an industrial estate / small services. Staff appeared busy as they were covering both the bar / restaurant and the hotel.

Room had all sorts of cleanliness issues, I addressed it with manager on duty and she did her best to sort it, its just not what you need after a long drive.

Communicate clearly
It should be made very clear that there is no in-person reception at the hotel. Only when attempting my check-in did I discover from a sign outside the previous reception area that check-in must now be carried out at the associated pub/restaurant opposite. In addition, the web site posted telephone number, which has a Telford area code, in reality links to a comms centre situated somewhere else. I was told that I would be redirected to the hotel. But no one picked up my call. I now understand that this redirection was in fact to the pub/ restaurant reception desk. On a Sunday afternoon this was very busy and no one answered my call. All very frustrating.
