The condo was in a convenient location, but it was also very noisy at night due to its proximity to a pub. We were woken up every night by drunken yelling. It was also way too hot in there. The noise from outside may not have been that bad had we not had to have all of the windows open to try to get to a comfortable temperature. The cleaning crew was very eager to get started cleaning and arrived before checkout time. We went to get our car so we could load up and were met by the cleaning crew, shoving our belongings into our arms to rush us out.

The property had a nice view and a great location. There was no icemaker or ice trays in the refrigerator. Check out time was a bit too early at 10 AM With check in at 4 PM.Blinds were broken and chairs on deck were torn. TV only had Wi-Fi channels

First Trip to Telluride
Location was perfect for skiing with plenty of dining options. Clean, newly updated condo. Unfortunately, some of the renters have broken a hook, few broken blinds, and the wicker baskets in the bathroom with PLENTY of supplies are too close to the heat source. Needs to be monitored. We LOVED our stay!! Prior reviews complained about noise and we did have a couple of nights where outside noise woke us up, but that’s just part of staying in the middle of it all. We’ll be back to Telluride. Rent this place and make some memories.

The location is great. Bed was very comfortable. The condo is very nice, but the blinds need to be replaced. Half are missing and paper covering on part of the window. Not a big deal, just an fyi. This condo has such a nice view. Will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Amenities
The location of the condo was perfect on the map, but in reality it is overlooking a restaurant patio where people we parting till past midnight. The communication from property management before arrival was great - where to go how to check-in etc. when we arrived we had several questions but the contact phone number responded with a message saying we’re sorry but we are understaffed and can’t help you. All communication before arrival claimed the condo was sanitized and clean before arrival, but not all was clean. The patio overlooking the ski area (and the party) had not been cleaned for quite a while - there was mud and wrappers from past guests and the chairs were filthy.

Great location but warm and noisy
This condo is in a great location! We loved our stay but had some minor complaints. The biggest issue is that it was hot and a little noisy. The noise was expected but we did not think it would be so warm In the condo. There was also no screen on the patio door which would have been nice. We also were only provided one half of a toilet paper roll. I understand the listing says it provides basic essentials but to not even be given a full roll of toilet for a four night stay was a little ridiculous. It would also be nice to have measuring spoons and cups in the kitchen.

Hot and noisy
Worst VRBO ever. Room was so hot and there was no air conditioning. Had to leave all windows and the sliding patio door wide open to try to cool it down, but still it barely cooled down. The TV didn’t work. The bed was cheap and rickety and tucked between two walls with no bedside light or nightstand. Late night partiers in the courtyard outside the room kept me up until 1am. The shower hardware was broken. Overall extremely disappointing stay.

Got the job done
Overall, the place was fine. Stayed during ski season so we weren’t in the room much. Close to the ski runs and short walk to the gandola that takes you to the grocery store or Telluride. The room has a kitchen should you decide to stay in and cook breakfast or dinner. Only complaint is the bed. It was pretty awful. Mattress sits on a metal frame with no box spring. It squeaks extemely loud and often any time you move or roll over. It was very annoying and uncomfortable. Also, the unit sits above a restaurant and next to a bar so we were woken up a view times by people partying outside. Like I said, overall it was fine and got the job done. I would recommend the owner getting a new bed.

Very conveniently located.
10 steps from the meadows. So, extremely convenient. Clean. Plenty of space for 2 people. Only negatives I would say were, that the bed was a bit small(queen) and couldn't wear ski boots to the room ,so couldn't go to the room for a break(didn't want to take off boots). Really good value for the money.

Great Room You Can't Enjoy
The location was convenient and clean, just as it looks in the pics. We did have one HUGE complaint. We were told we were being too loud and would get the police called on us if it continued --- this was at 8:30pm on a Saturday and there were only 4 of us in the room conversing over dinner. We were honestly appalled that we would receive this complaint from doing nothing but being in the room we paid so much for. On top of that, the location is over a restaurant and right next to a bar where patrons were out and about at all hours of the day/night enjoying themselves, making it even more appalling that we would receive this complaint so early in the evening (I could see if it was like 10pm at night but it was literally 830pm. The police wouldn't even be able to respond to the call even if we were being obnoxious since we were within the noise ordinance time frame). So if you are looking to use this room for more than just a place to sleep and keep your belongings, I would opt for a different location.

Great Location!
This studio condo is in a wonderful location for true ski in/ski out convenience. The condo was extremely clean and fresh looking. It is a perfect size for one or two people. The ski locker on the ground level is very convenient too. Only small issue was that the memory foam mattress was too firm for my husband and I. We had a little trouble sleeping comfortably. Other than that, this condo was perfect for us!!

Perfect couple getaway
This cozy condo had all the basics for a great weekend! We will definitely be returning as often as possible. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was in consideration of the location please note that you are above the quad near a pub, pizzaria and chairlifts. While during the day outside noise was not a problem, after the bars closed some drunken revelers are inconsiderate. If you are a light sleeper this is something to consider.

Great location to ski in/out and close access to main Gondola
Location: This location is great for skiing in/out. Just a few steps to the Lift 1/Chondola. Main floor ski locker was very nice to not have to haul ski equipment up and down from room. My husband skied while I enjoyed the views and walking around the village core. We did not have a car...took a shuttle from Montrose Airport to Condo...and didn't need to have one from this location! The main Gondola (it's free!) is just a few minutes walk to get on to take to the Grocery store (Market at Mountain Village...FYI groceries are about double the price from what I'm use to) you can also take the Gondola down the mountain to Telluride. Condo: Condo was exactly as photographed. It seemed to be very newly renovated. Freshly painted, new furnishings, very nice kitchen with all new appliances and kitchenware. Had everything we needed to make a few meals. Very nice space for 2 people. The condo is very light and bright feeling. Sometimes condos depending on the layout can be dark. Since the deck does not have another deck above it, more light is allowed in and makes for great views. Be a little careful if you sit outside on the deck in the winter time if there is snow on the roof right above the deck. While sitting inside, a bunch of snow/ice slide off the roof (was a warmer day and things were melting) and landed on the deck...that would have hurt if we would have been sitting out there. So be aware of what's above you! Only negative I have to say is about the bed and mattress. As you can see in the photos the condo is a studio apartment type set up/one large room with the bed wedged between 2 walls. The bed wedged in there was a little annoying to get in and out of. Also we didn't care much for the mattress. As another reviewer said the mattress seems to be a think foam one. It was not very comfortable to us, not a fan of sinking into foam. Would have preferred a regular mattress. Mattresses are personal preference so someone else might like it, but we didn't. All in all we would stay in this place again!

Good place. Great location just off the chondola and easy walk (1 minute) to village core.
I liked it and will recommend it. The Negatives first - There were a few minor inconveniences with heating, internet, and ski locker. Mgt team walked me through the heater (easily resolved). They never quite got the internet working. We were able to bootleg off the free Mountain Village Wifi every once in a while. The ski locker had no lock, so our equipment had no security the entire stay. Apparently housekeeping had used our locker to store paint and supplies and must have removed the lock. This was never able to be resolved during our short stay by maintenance or the mgt team (not for lack of trying - they were based out of Delores, two hours away) so I provided my own. The positives - The room is exactly as you see it online. It's a good space for two people. It's basically a glorified hotel room with a nice kitchenette. This was perfect for us - two people. It was clean and well presented. Bed was a platform with an 8" memory foam mattress - comfortable enough. Bathroom was clean and well lit. It was a very comfortable little place. Balcony faces west and you can see the Chondola landing directly out the balcony and windows, some west horizon, and the gondola cars passing by. The location was great, about a one minute stroll from the main village core. Easy ski in/out. Easy load in/out. Room and building are keyless entries - which was convenient. Parking is actually $35 per night at Heritage parking (not the $25 advertised in the marketing material). Parking was secure and heated and a very short walk or drive from the property. Plenty of dining options within minutes walk. You can park and then access Mountain Village Core, market, town of Telluride, ski area, golf course - and never have to start an engine. The Mgt team (Alex was the guy I talked to) was extremely courteous and helpful. They never left me hanging and were efforting to make everything good the whole time were there. Check in and out was great...almost effortless. Documentation for location and access also were very well done. These guys did a good job for us. I will stay on this property again, with no hesitation.
