We are dedicated to providing an exceptional value for one spectacular location-our Telluride Saddle Pad which is ½ block from Main Street and 1 ½ blocks to the Gondola in the historic and charming downtown Telluride.

Our contemporary pad offers 4 bedrooms 3 kings and 2 twin over full bunk room + extra twin trundle(each w/private bath) on the entry-level and a fantastic upper-level living area with canyon views, vaulted ceilings, open kitchen/living/dining, a grilling deck, fire pit on back deck with killer east-facing box canyon and waterfall views.

" The Saddle Pad" is an ideal space to gather, dine, swap adventure stories and apres anything--ski, hike or festival. Be warned, you may not desire to cook, because everything Telluride is right outside your door—The National, Brown Dog Pizza, Rustico and the NEW KAZAHANA steps away. In fact, all of Telluride’s restaurants & cafes; bars & music venues; yoga studios & Bear Creek trailhead; coffee shops & ski stops are just outside your door. Telluride’s free gondola and Galloping Goose shuttle make it easy to explore Mountain Village and other parts of the valley. Winter or summer--Telluride Saddle Pad will have you fully immersed in the Telluride Experience!

Saddle Pad is located on South Pine Street in the Livery Condominiums at the geographic center of the historic Town of Telluride between Colorado/Main Street and Pacific Avenue. Recently updated in 2023, guests will love our NEW hardwood floors throughout, NEW fireplace in the living room, Ugg bedding, Nespresso coffee maker with pods, reliable internet, smart TVS, cozy furnishings and well-equipped kitchen with NEW countertop and countertop height bar seating. We offer great separation of space with living up and chilling down. The master bedroom has a king bed; two guest bedrooms each with KING-sized beds and 4th bedroom/bunk room with two twin over full bunks. Guests have access to covered, garage parking for one vehicle. The Livery condominiums are located at corner of West Pacific Street and South Pine Street just a half block off Main Street (Colorado Ave) and a short stroll to the gondola station. Bars, restaurants, Town Park, Post Office and more are just steps from the front door. The Galloping Goose, a free town shuttle bus, runs loops around town stopping a right out front and looping to Town Park, Courthouse on Colorado, Clark's Market, Baked in Telluride, Coonskin lift, Gondola Station and all points in between. Perfect spot for wedding activities
We were there for our niece's wedding. We gave a luncheon in Mountain Village and bought our supplies in Telluride and the gondola took us there - maybe 4 blocks of walking. There was a meet and greet party and the reception in Telluride. We walked 2 blocks for each event. The wedding was at St Sophia overlook, a 3 block walk to hop on the gondola. We did have to look at the back alley garbage from a restaurant across the street which ended up having the most reasonable prices in town and great service, so that is forgiven - we ate there most of the time. It was a perfect spot to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saddle Pad. The location was absolutely perfect as we never had to get in the car. It was a short walk to the Oak Street lift and Gondola to Mountain Village. Additionally, all the restaurants, shops and night life were just a few short steps away.

The location is just great right downtown. It's a bit difficult to find. VRBO phone app was not working to show direction email from the owner. Was holding our taxi their for 15 min trying to figure out how to get in. Had to finally log into my laptop to finally find directions and check in email. Hope VRBO will work on their system to make it work!

Great location and value
It’s very tough to find a reasonably priced location in town that has enough space for two families. Saddle Pad definitely fits the criteria! The location is right downtown so you are minutes from everything. The morning walk to the gondola was super easy, took about 3-4 minutes. We had kids from 6 - 11 years old and they had no problems. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property with helpful hosts
The location and condition of the condo our outstanding, but the communication from the hosts and the help before during and and after was above and beyond! The view from the balcony is probably one kid the best in town, perfect for morning coffee before beautiful hikes a short walk away. Amazing Condo and Location
We stayed at the Saddle Pad for the Telluride Bluegrass festival. The location and setup was perfect for our group. It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom and we were just a few blocks from the festival. You could even hear the music from the balcony on a quiet night.

Excellent Condo for a Ski Vacation
The condo is in a perfect location and is well equipped. We were able to walk everywhere. The grocery market is only a block away next to an awesome bakery. Shopping, restaurants, bars were also just steps away. We skied during our stay and were able to walk from the condo to the lift in distance shorter than most other resorts walks from the parking lot.

Great Stay in Telluride
Great location in the center of town, with living room views of bridal veil falls. Clean and well managed. Top notch appliances and furnishings. Outdoor building and unit directional signage could be a little better, especially when arriving at night.
