Une Famille déçu...
!!! Attention !!! Le prix ne convient pas pour cette location ! Pour 50% de moins ça aurait été acceptable..., mais vu ce que l'on a eu par rapport à l'annonce ; une blague . Ma famille et moi avons pensé à vous, potentiels intéressés, au fur et à mesure de notre séjour, nous avons pris la peine de noter TOUT ce qui n'allait vraiment pas. Donc pour ceux que ça intéresserait avant de réserver cette location ; -Mail : listetencin@gmail.com Vous aurez photos à l'appuie et une liste détaillée.. Pour la faire courte : place de parking 2 max (et non 2mini), piscine verte, maison entièrement crade, toilette + lavabo bouchés, tiroir du haut lave vaisselle qui tombe, draps et nappes extrêmement sale ( chocolat fondu), extérieur rapidement dangereux ( canalisation/électricité proche piscine etcetc) La liste est encore longue, donc si intéressé, je serais à votre disposition sur le mail donné précédemment ; ( listetencin (arobase) gmail ) Cordialement. -Famille HFM-

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Point positif, la localisation géographique pour nos besoin lors de nos vacances, une piscine agréable, le nombre de chambre et les équipements, un bon réseau wifi et telephoniques, serviettes et produits d'entretien a disposition, l'accueil et les échanges avec le propriétaire. Point négatif la sécurité pour les jeunes enfants (boîte de dérivation au sol en extérieur (non branché), gaine et tuyaux évacuation apparent en extérieur.). La literie très usée. Dans l'ensemble je recommanderais cette location à un proche.

A l'arrivée le sol était sale, la vaisselle pas propre, l'intérieur des placards cuisine collant, des denrées passées de date limite et ouvertes, un pied de lit cassé, une tete de lit faite avec un matelas assez moyen niveau propreté, un matelas de clic clac ayant fait plus que son temps, portail electrique non fonctionnel, etc..... J'espère que le propriétaire fera des efforts

Sejour dans une très très belle région. Maison agréable et calme avec la piscine. Dommage que le jardin et les abords de la piscine ne sont pas terminés. Super marché en face de la maison. Propriétaire réactif et disponible.

Nous avons été déçu dès notre arrivée par la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas.Alors qu on avait loué cette maison pour la clim et la piscine...(42 degrés à notre arrivée) De plus le ménage laisse à désirer, le canapé plein de terre, la piscine pleine de saleté, les nappes sales, les matelas et oreillers jaunes,une odeur de cigarette froide dans toute la maison...Location à éviter.

Week-end à Tencin
Petit week-end à Tencin pour se rapprocher des stations de ski (notamment Saint Bernard du Touvet) ; Dans la maison, nous étions en famille avec 3 enfants, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de la maison, le contact avec l’hôte et la possibilité de réserver en si peu de temps pour 9personnes. Malheureusement nous avons été un peu déçus par certains aspects de la maison notamment la propreté et l’état en général de la maison (intérieur et extérieur). La qualité de certains éléments (électroménagers par exemple) contraste avec leur entretien et la surcharge de “gadgets” ou de choses non nécessaires contraste avec l’absence d’éléments importants (certains “essentiels” dans la cuisine, une fiche explicatives pour certains éléments, …)
