The entrance to the hotel is located in a small street (alley). I arrived late at night (around 9 or 10 pm) and it was difficult to find. Walking distance to the Mercado, taxis and many stores.

La fotos del hotel distan mucho de lo que en realidad, nos tocó una habitación, similar a un cuarto de servicio, aislada en un rincón del terreno, la puerta sin una chapa con candado, la cama casi al nivel de piso, súper bajita y desgastada el baño renovado pero con un olor desagradable. Los jardines bien conservados. Mala relación costo beneficio No volvería a este hotel. Saludos

La propiedad es muy bonita y se encuentra a 1 cuadra caminando de la avenida principal de Tepoztlan y muy cerca del mercado. El staff fue muy amable y atento, la habitación naranja tiene una vista espectacular al tepozteco y al pueblo.

El lugar esta super bonito, todo fue muy bueno hasta que llegaron otros huéspedes a las 2:30 am haciendo mucho ruido y nadie del personal les dijo nada, en los cuartos no hay telefonos para comunicarte a recepción para avisar y que controlaran la situación.
