I didn’t get to come because I had a procedure scheduled for Tuesday, but had to cancel it. I called Sunday evening to see about canceling my room & they said I would have to pay anyway because I didn’t give enough notice so I had to pay for a room & didn’t get to come. I had no choice but to cancel the procedure. I’m on a fixed income & can’t afford to just give my money away.

The staff was friendly, but the condition of the room was not good. Bathroom was old, rusty fixtures, and overall not maintained well. Room was clean, but again old with curtains that hung over air conditioner that was loud and did not work well. Continental breakfast was out of most items.

I will never stay at a comfort inn in life again!! Me and my children we, eat up by bugs all night. There was old food container by the box under the bed, and under the air condition unit!! The rooms had a bad odor in them, and the carpets were wet!! The bathtubs, must of had a back up issues bc there was still someone else’s dirty dried in the tub!! The pool was closed and that’s the reason we came to the hotel In the first place!! I just feel like we have them money for a horrible night!! Myself including the children have bite marks all over them!! Horrible experience NEVER AGAIN!!
