The house was very accommodating for the four of us. We only had a couple of issues. One - the house wasn't ready for check in when we arrived at 4:30. Two - there was no hot water in the master bathroom sink (shower was fine). Three - there was no Kleenex in the house. All in all, the house was perfect (location wise and size wise) or us two couples visiting family in Texarkana, AR.

Cozy Nest is accurate
While making a cross country move with our 2 large dogs we chose to stay in the cozy nest. Communication was wonderful with the manager and when she found out we would be in after dark, she left lights on for us. It gave our dogs a chance to be off leash and relax in the back yard. It’s a cozy fun property with a great manager.

We stayed here to compete in a bass tournament and there was plenty of parking for two trucks and boats. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Owners were great and made sure we were comfortable.

VRBO DOUBLE BOOKED THIS HOME. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WERE OCCUPANTS INSIDE. NEVER RECEIVED HELP FROM VRBO, WHO WE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY. THE NEXT DAY AFTER WE HAD TO STAY IN A HOTEL, THE OWNER CONTACTED US. SHE WAS SO VERY NICE AND APOLOGETIC. OUR DEPOSIT WAS REFUNDED VIA HER REQUEST. BECAUSE WE DEALT DIRECTLY WITH SUCH A LOVELY, ACCOMMODATING PERSON, WE GIVE HER A 5 STAR RATING!!!
