The City of London all inclusive resorts

Hotel was amazing. Before we booked I had communications with the hotel. They responded quickly every time and had good information to make our room decision. The check-in process was easy and they tried to let us check-in early but the room was not ready. They let us drop off our luggage so we could explore around the hotel. After check in they brought out luggage to our room and housekeeping fixed up the sofa bed so my son could use. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. We had a view of the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The location was great. Right beside a tube station and could walk to a lot of places. The bed was a little hard for my wife so she laid on pillows to soften it. They did bring her another pad to lay on but it was not enough. Overall I would highly recommend.

This hotel was a 30 minute walk so when we got off the train we walked and when we were going back home to the train we walked. This hotel is also a 10-15 minute walk from all the landmarks / sightseeing! We got to see all the landmarks in 1 day! There was bars and restaurants around our area, so it was still lively - but lovely and quiet. Our room was a lovely size, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Absolutely loved the smell of the hotel when we walked in everytime. Staff were amazing and quick to checking us in and out - pizza was great too! Would definitely stay here again.
