The property features an atrium with internal dining and entertainment plus a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including induction cooktop, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and beautiful benchtops to prepare meals. There is also a powder room on the entry level for guests’ convenience.

The bedrooms are all large with the main bedroom and bedroom two having access to the balcony to allow the sea breeze the flow through. The main bedroom also has a stunning ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, toilet, and double vanity. The renovated full sized main bathroom provides a shower, corner bath (spa jets not operational) and separate toilet.

Double lock-up garage with internal access plus additional off-street driveway parking suitable for a small boat, there is an internal laundry with top or front loader washing machine and dryer.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
