Das Appartment war gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Sehr enge Treppe in den zweiten Stock. Das Wohnhaus ist alt. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, der Duschkopf könnte mal entkalkt werden. Das Zentrum von Thiers ist sehr heruntergekommen, die Gassen eng und äusserst hügelig. Unpraktisch für Anreisende mit dem PKW. Parkplätze auf der Straße nach Verfügbarkeit (keine Garantie!). Kaum geöffnete Lokale im Zentrum, da viele Häuser einfach verlassen und baufällig. Schlüsselübergabe etwas umständlich, da an anderer Adresse (was man erst erfährt, wenn man die Buchung bereits abgeschlossen hat!). Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, bot auch ein Frühstück an, das wir allerdings ablehnten, da es pro Person 8 Euro gekostet hätte und an einer dritten Adresse im Zentrum angeboten worden wäre. Für meinen Geschmack zu kompliziert.

Nous n'avons pas pu passer la nuit comme prévu au Trois mâts.Et pourtant, nous louons souvent dans les 4 coins de la France mais là c'est scandaleux. La chambre est sous les combles,2ème étage, la chaleur était insoutenable ! Même à 23h, pas un souffle d'air ne rentrait. pas possibilité de fermer des volet car une fleur l empeche. Il est impensable et inadmissible de louer cette chambre! wc et salle de bain dans son jus et à partager.Nous n'avons pu faire autrement que de reprendre la route. A éviter

Un lieu peu agréable, un gite certe correct mais au 3eme étage sous lequel se trouve des chambres economiques occupées par des travailleurs peu soucieux du bruit et des odeurs laissées devant leurs portes par des chaussures malodorantes. Des proprietaires ne logeant pas sur place, oú il faut composer 3 numeros differents pour les joindre pour réclamer des serviettes de bain absentes dans le logement, on me demande alors de descendre dans une chambre economique récuperer ces dernieres qui en dehors d'essuyer un visage par leurs tailles ne pouvait pas servir à grand chose . Clairement je déconseille fortement ce logement par rapport à sa situation et son environnement.

Très mitigé
J'ai été désagréablement surpris par la salle d'eau-W.C commune à tous les clients. La porte donne directement dans la salle du petit-déjeuner... elle n'est pas très grande : à mon avis la baignoire-sabot est superflue. Quant à la chambre, les fauteuils et table basse étaient trop bien rangés et rassemblés. La literie est presque neuve et de bonne qualité. L'accueil proposé par la gérante est très satisfaisante. Je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir noté que la salle de bains-W.C. était présentée comme commune à tous dans la page de réservation. Le prix de 45 € n'est pas étonnant. Une chose est sûre : j'y ai "goûté" une fois mais plus jamais je ne prendrai de salle de bains-WC. commune.

Déception et colère !
Nous n'avons pas pu passer la nuit comme prévu au Trois mâts. La chambre est sous les combles, plus nous montions, plus la chaleur était insoutenable ! Même à 23h, pas un souffle d'air ne rentrait. Le lit est sous la mansarde. C'était invivable!!! Il est impensable et inadmissible de louer cette chambre quand il fait canicule !!! Nous n'avons pu faire autrement que de reprendre la route, sans que la propriétaire ait daigné faire le moindre geste commercial pour nous permettre de ne pas perdre 70 euros. Sa seule réponse était que eux aussi (2 étages plus bas) avaient chaud !
