I had the queen suite it had 2 queen beds & the couch had a bed in it. When we pulled the sofa bed out it didn't have sheets othe bed. Hotel didn't tell me when I checked in that they would not pick up trash or provide clean towels unless I asked. I had to take out my own trash, I have stayed at other hotel for a lot less & they would always check the room & at least take the trash out. I will not be staying here again.

Very much enjoyed our Valdosta Stay
If traveling in this area again, I'd pick this hotel again. Our room was exactly as stated when we booked. The hotel staff at the front desk was friendly. Breakfast was super with the most cheerful breakfast host; just beyond anything we have had before.

Comfortable bed! Great nights sleep, would recommend for anyone passing through and needing a recharge. Helpful staff that worked well as a team. Very pleasant interactions with front desk and housekeeping. Clean and smoke free. No bad smells or odors. Convenient location of the highway and near dining options (but not walkable). If I ever come back though I would definitely request a room far from the elevators as it was noisy btwn the mechanical, dings, and people traffic. I am a heavy sleeper, but if you are not definitely request something farther away. Walls are thin. Standard continental breakfast. Decent coffee. Pleasant staff once again. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

This property is great for a stop-over. We use it as a 3/4 stopping point driving to FL. The only thing I would want to change, is having Biscuits and Gravy each day instead of only on Wednesday. :)

The stay started off nice, but we left a day early. There was a shooting at a party being held in one of the rooms. Several people were shot. We didn’t feel safe and was offered a refund for the one night that we didn’t stay. Haven’t seen it yet. Also, the water was orange. The folks at check in were very nice.

This place have a strong smell, the beds missing the comforters, i found out at 9 or 10 pm when it was so could like in the hight 30 and couldn't use the heater. The family on top of use was so laud at 6:30 or 7 in the morning, when we pick up the room phone to call front desk the phone wasn't working. We use our personal phone and after sometime front desk picked up the phone and tell us not to worry they was leaving that day hello at 7 AM.

A group of youngsters started banging on doors on our floor at around 11 pm. Then there was shooting around 1130 and police were called in. No one was hurt , but it was an unsafe situation and couldnt sleep all night worried
