This served as a very positive launching point for use to stay while coming here to explore Arches and Canyonland National Parks. The unit itself (#4, the Ranch House) served our needs by providing a place to sleep, eat, and relax. It was clean, had everything we needed, well designed features providing for two couples. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, a four person dining table, and a nice living room area. We enjoyed relaxing inside eating our meals, watching TV, and visiting one another in the comfortable living room area. The well shaded porch offered a nice two person swing seat, a table suitable for four to eat at, and a nice gas BBQ. The site itself was rather barren with limited amenities. However, we did not need such amenities such as a pool, gym, or landscaping.
The site did provide proximity to where we wanted to visit. We were less than an hour from both national park and from Moab where we found some very suitable places to eat. My favorite eating spot was Bangkook Too. However, our best dining was in our unit.
So, we stay here rather than in Moab? It was at least $100 a day less expensive than anything I could find in Moab. We can't afford the more expensive places and still enjoy touring places like the national parks.
