The lady who checked us in was a little hard to understand. Our room was next to the housekeeping storage room. We could hear them talking every morning while we were still in bed. Picnic table needed to be cleaned.

Dirty, poor maid service, took old towels and did not leave same quantity, had to use hand towels for bath towel, took 10 - 12 minuets to get hot water in the morning, shower faucet was very difficult to turn on and off, once water was hot it was very difficult to regulate temperature at showerhead - very hot then cool, very low water pressure, tub was very slow draining, bathroom exhaust fan did not work, toilet water ran continuously, electric GFI plug at washbasin was bad and bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

The room was huge. Awesome view from private patio. Furniture was out dated and needed to be updated. The bed was very comfortable. Disappointing breakfast-coffee, cold water, instant oatmeal, toast and limited bananas and apples that did not look good. Update the furniture and beef up the breakfast and Iā€™d give it a 5.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this was awful. The front desk staff was rude and tried to double bill me. The room I reserved was advertised as a ā€œroom with a view of the riverā€ except all you see from the room is a gravel and concrete levee. The property was dog friendly so I brought my 8 pound shorkie. The day I spent in the National park I left my dog in the hotel room for her comfort and safety. When I returned to the hotel my room key was de-activated. I went back to the front desk to tell the front desk staff person that my room key didnā€™t work. The same rude woman I met the day before. She immediately responded with, ā€œDo you have a dog?! You didnā€™t pay the pet fee. I need to collect that from you.ā€ The staff intentionally de-activated my room key to collect the $35 pet fee. They didnā€™t ask if I had a pet when I arrived and they could have just billed the fee to my card on file. Instead they shut off my access to my room and held my dog hostage. I will never stay here again. Plus this place was a dump. Save yourself the trouble. Thereā€™s a newer Comfort Inn a little further down the street.

I was disappointed to find our room in such an unkept condition. We only had one towel in the bathroom. The room felt too warm meaning that the a/c was turned on before our arrival at a comfortable temperature. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The maintenance of the hotel is under all standards. 1) The room claims to have a fridge. This was the smallest fridge that you can find (altjough the cabinet for it was large enough to take twice as bigger one) and was missing the internal shelf that can hold items. 2) Water flow from the shower at times reduces to a trickle. Hotel is long and once the washers are running - good luck if you are taking a shower. This could be fixed with larger water piping. 3) Coffee maker had a smaller garafe - for another coffee maker model. In result, when you try to brue coffee, all the coffee pores out around the garafe and on the table - the former not sufficiently tall to open the valve properly. 4) All appliances seemed to be salvaged from a second- hand store - mixed and matched IN A WRONG WAY! Terrible experience!
