There were rats in the room going through our bags and rummaging through the walls all through the night. We were unable to sleep. Manager said that pest control had come two months prior due to a guest complaining about the same thing but that they didn’t find anything. Manager said I’d need to get my full refund through expedia.

Staff were awesome. Room but clean but the hallways are old, scuffed, Smokey, and I did not feel good about walking to the room. Too many people hanging about the front doors smoking. The place feels like a dump.

I had to turn the fridge and ac/heat off as they made way too much noise. The bathroom needed to be redone. The mattress needed replacing. For this price I expected a bit more regarding the above since I stayed at a similar motel for less money and the accommodation was much better.

Run down facility but friendly staff
Unfortunately the facility is run down. The check in staff and breakfast staff were very kind. Breakfast staff had to deal with 2 individuals who were not hotel guest, taking food. We were somewhat worried for the breakfast staffs safety.

Room was dated and small. Not enough power outlets to charge phones or computers at the same time. Room did not match the photos online. This small building, Traveller's Inn was part of the Travelodge across and down the street where we had to walk to register and then walk back. Situated on a very busy street, so crossing it was dangerous. Parking was limited in front of the building, and you had to back out onto the busy road. Very expensive for such a small dated room. It was clean and the receptionist at the Travelodge was pleasant and helpful.

This property has really gone down hill. The hallways are dirty and smell. Walls are very dirty. Tile grout in bathroom was black, carpet was filthy. Quite obvious that things like towel bars had broken and just screwed back into wall in another place. This used to be a nice affordable place to stay. It needs a total upgrade and deep clean.

Front desk staff were nice, hallways smelled really weird and not good, room was decently clean carpets could use to be cleaned and room stunk of cigarette smoke which gave me a migraine plus a bug in the sink but otherwise was good! Bed was also not comfy and made our backs hurt.

Disgusting
I've never been in a dirtier hotel. The front lobby looks okay but as soon as we entered the elevator, I felt sick from the smell and the stains on the carpet. When we exited the elevator, the stench of weed and pets was overpowering. Then the room...we saw the dirt and mold on the bed skirts and we just left. We decided we'd stay in our car overnight rather than in that hotel. Why did we choose it? It was the only one left for the night in the city. I can see why. Disgusting!!! I have no idea why the General Manager, Christopher Payne, doesn't demand better from his staff or why the hotel isn't simply shut down. I will never stay at another Travelodge no matter the city!
