The single-level 4 BR house with 2 bathrooms boasts room to entertain & relax. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet & a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a full bed.
A queen bed is in the third bedroom & another full bed will be found in the fourth bedroom. (We are flexible on group size....ask us about additional sleeping arrangements!)

An open kitchen with brand new appliances will allow you to make home-made meals to serve in the dining room! Another option is to use the gas grill outside & serve the meal in the outdoor seating area. Smores at the firepit can make a fun dessert!
The living room has a smartTV & WiFi is available so that you can watch your chosen streaming service!
Take a bath or a shower in the main bathroom, conveniently located near the 3 bedrooms.

Easy access to the interstate makes it a breeze to drive to Omaha in about 20 minutes for any big city adventures. Lincoln, NE is about 45 minutes west.

Small town friendly can be experienced in any number of towns nearby. Tabor is the closest & has a gas station, coffee shop, ice cream shop (seasonal), restaurants, bar, churches, post office, library, pharmacy, hairdressers & Dollar General. The Todd House Museum documents it's stop on the Underground Railroad. Don't miss out on the Farmer's Market during summer!

Many Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) are very nearby. [Several have lakes for water fun.....but they do NOT have lifeguards.] Public Hunting areas & a waterfowl refuge border the property. Crystal Lake is right across the road, within walking distance.

Waubonsie State Park & Blackburn State Park offer hiking trails with great photography opportunities. The Wabash Trace Trail is just a quick drive, too!!

Just sitting in the yard at the house you are likely to see rabbits, bald eagles, deer & a multitude of colorful songbirds!!
