Small amount of toilet paper on roll in bathroom. When we ask the front desk for another roll, we were told they did not have any🤔😳 Good news… we were given a newly renovated room and it was very nice👍

Hotel staff was not very friendly, didn’t make eye contact or even welcome to the property. Room key didn’t work three times, so it was lot of back and forth until they decided to change rooms. Property grounds are very dirty and other guest were smoking on the hallway making the whole place smell like cigarrets. The hotel room wasn’t that clean either with the exception of the sheets. Floors was over stained and dirty. Hotel room smelled like cigarrets. We didn’t change hotels as we had just traveled over 8hrs arriving at the property close to 10 pm with two kids. I do not recommend it

This is a very run down property. The free breakfast was coffee and packaged muffins. The rooms smelled (we had to buy Fabreeze) and the carpet crusty. The grand kids said our room smelled like dirt and Doritos. The good news is that the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower worked nicely and the free coffee was good. My son and his family moved hotels on the first night forfeiting one night’s room charge. The hotel is pet friendly and their room smelled like a wet dog. We were there for four nights.

This place should be removed from ALL booking sites. Do not bring your family here. The hair, mould, human feces, dirty wet rag in the bed, unlockable front door…just to mention a few things make this place unfit for a stay after a long drive. And the coffee and packaged muffin is the “breakfast included”. We went to get our money back but the fight in the lobby detered us from doing so. Apparently there was another unhappy guest. And we won’t mention the threats that were made to this poor customer. Expedia will be refunding our money as I will see to that!!
