I have stayed here 4 times due to the location and staff. The hotel is clean the restaurant and bar service is friendly and efficient. Checking in is simple and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Tijuana has many choices this hotel is mine for shopping or just unwinding affordably.

Parking. $9. The money is not the issue, only they it wasn't stated there was a charge or it was off-site. Bathroom towels. Weren't in the room and had to ask twice before they were delivered. Took about 4 hours to get them to the room. A worker mentioned that they were being washed for the day.

Didn’t like parking, food was not good, elevator too small, no safe in room, bathrooms were build weird no space and lighting was bad. We had 9 rooms all 2 queens, but all different only 2 were ideal. Check in and check out was a breeze and Terrance was nice.

Overall a good stay, but no safe to store valuable and the hanging iron is dangerously hung and the whole thing fell on me when I got the iron to use.

Staff was ok, seems to be joking around alot and not really paying attention to guest. Seem abit unorganized at entrance, Street was closed to enter so had to loop around about 4 times. Parking was charged and yet no mention at all when booking the hotel. Room super clean but design of bathroom door for a double bed is super weird.
