Check in was very disappointed, it took long time to complete check in registration. Front desk lady was trying to charge me extra money for already paid guest , only manager could help me to solve this problem. Breakfast was nice.

Attention Hotels.com you should take care your customers because this hotel isn’t a good quality for your customers first it’s too much noise very noisy from outside no AC you can’t close the windows because if’s you close the windows to avoid the noise problem the room gets worse and very hot for my future reservation I’m going to choose another reservation app because HOTELS.COM not cares for all the customers

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. I have used Expedia for more than 10 years to book flights and hotels. But this hotel was beyond dirty. The rooms have very limited space. The room smelled and did not look or feel clean. The restroom felt like it was just barely cleaned after the last costumer. The towels were gray of how old and used they were. I brought this up to the front desk and they could only replace them with another set of towels that looked the same. Overall the place did not feel like a 3 star hotel it was more of a 1 star. I have used 2 star hotels that were much cleaner and smelled better. I was told by the manager at the hotel that they would release me after my 1st day with a refund for my last two nights because I was so disgusted and wanted to leave. The next day at checkout she told me her financial drop would not allow her to give me a refund because I was an Expedia costumer and Expedia would penalize them for doing so. I called Expedia and they said they could not do that but yet the hotel never refunded me. By that point I had already booked a room elsewhere. I lost so much money because of their misleading claims. My trip was ruined. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Expedia was able to help me out with credits but overall I had a terrible experience.

It was not what I was expecting, no air conditioner, the restaurant is not inside the hotel, we had to pay a fee to park in the hotel, and it is not a good place to relax.

I was supposed to do my incidental fee in cash. Guy accidentally charged it to my card. Unfortunately, my card got locked out and cancelled by my bank, so I’ll never see those funds again. One functioning elevator during beach fest is insane. Third time staying here. I don’t know if I want to stay again.
