When I checked in I was told that I had to leave a $200 cash deposit or give them my driver's license! Wait, what? That condition wasn't shared when I made the reservation. And on top of that, when I went to take a shower around 9:00 p.m., the water never got warm. I was too tired to try to get the staff to fix it. But how could they not know? Doubt I'd stay again.

When we got to the room late at night there wasnt any water in the shower and the hotel did not solve this issue. Their solution was using the shower of a different room and then go back to our room. That was very impractical and did not make sense. They shiul've accomodated us in another room with functional showers
