The room was dirty, stains on the bedsheets and hair on the bathroom wall and sink. Check in process was not good and staff was not friendly. Would not recommend to stay there. We left 2 hours after we checked in

Mi esposo y yo vinimos de Estado Unidos a visitar a su madre siempre nos quedamos en un hotel vivimos la peor experiencia de nuestras vidas por favor no entrar a este hotel fuimos llamados supuestamente por el manager del hotel a decirnos que la policía había cerrado el hotel por seguridad por que habían encontrado armas que debíamos permanecer en la habitación encerrados lo que nos causó una sospecha ya que la reserva había sido a nombre de mi esposo pero cuando entramos a registrarnos a mi fue la que me pidieron una identificación y mi número telefónico la llamada que recibimos fue a mi número de celular y la identificación que mostré fue la licencia del estado en que yo vivo después nos exigieron que contestáramos una videollamada y a nuestra sorpresa eran unos hombres con pasamontañas identificando como del cartel de Jalisco que nos iban a secuetrar si no pagamos cierta cantidad de dinero tenían toda nuestra información la que le proporcionamos a el hotel color del carro marca y del estado que éramos no nos podíamos mover de la cámara de donde ellos nos pudieran ver no me importó y abrí la puerta de mi habitación gritando que llamaran la policía y la recepcionista no quiso llamarla que ella no podía hacer nada no recibí ayuda y se veía nerviosa estoy muy segura que ella era cómplice por que era nueva y ya llevábamos 3 noches en ese hotel llamamos la policía ellos nos aconsejaron que nos fuéramos para nuestro país inmediatamente nos escoltaron a la frontera

I would definitely stay here again. It's quaint with basic necessities. You do not get a washcloth for your stay. You receive a hand towel and a body towel in the hotel room. There is no in room coffee or tea. There is air conditioning, however. The bedding is extremely comfortable. There is lotion, soap and shampoo provided , all of which are vegan and high quality . The inside is modernized and very clean. The staff are very friendly and they do speak a little English. There is a restaurant next door with a live band that gets loud at night. If you are a light sleeper, that might be a problem. There are no facial tissues provided. My particular room smelled like it was previously inhabited by a smoker and the smell did not dissipate. Breakfast is available, but not provided. Check in and check out was very simple. Parking is in the back around the corner and relatively secure.

Nice play to stay for a night but probably not for an extended stay. Rooms are really small. Make sure to ask for a room with windows, most rooms don’t have windows except for a certain side of the hotel building. The hot water in our room didn’t work well but our AC did. There’s a restaurant next door so it’s good to grab something to eat. Can’t really complain for the price of the room.
