Beautiful newly remodeled condo with 55 Inch Flat Screen TV and Roku. The Kitchen has been totally renovated new stove, fridge and island to enjoy the local food. We are 5 minutes from the Otay/USA border and 7 minutes from the TIjuana Airport. We have a local OXXO that you can walk to get snacks and other small items. Our neighbors are great and sell food on the weekends. We also have a small heater for your comfort as most units in Tijuana do not come with heating.

We traveled in June and it was a little bit hot inside the apartment and there was only one working ceiling fan in the living area, no A/C. On the positive side it is close to TJs airport and an Uber can pick you up at the property.
