Worst property in Tijuana, was there for my friend wedding. A Glassdoor shatter and fell all over my boyfriend. The people at the hotel wouldn’t let us go back to the reception, & they wanted to charge us for the door saying it was our fault when all he did was close the door behind him. We felt discriminated because we are over weight and the manager said “the Glassdoor shatter because you pulled on it hard” he isn’t the hulk. Plus his finger kept Bleeding they were atleast helpful with wrapping his finger with gauze. I have pictures and video to prove it. This was so emotional because my friend that got married came all the way from Japan and as her bridesmaid I couldn’t be there for her.
