Welcome to our self-service apartments, where your safety is our top priority. Guests can conveniently book and pay online in advance, with personal access arranged prior to arrival. My co-hosts and I are available 24/7 to assist with any questions you may have. I'm also happy to offer personal recommendations, including top bars and restaurants in the area.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. In case of emergencies, we remain available around the clock. While we are not a hotel, we provide comfortable self-service accommodations, complemented by international guest support to assist all our visitors. Nearby, you will find a wide range of excellent (delivery) options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring a delightful stay.

Just beyond these streets lies the main shopping district, offering a compact yet diverse city center – ideal for a full day of shopping.

Crossing the railway tracks brings you to the Spoorzone, a district that has seen a remarkable transformation in recent years. This area is now home to numerous hotspots where you can enjoy a local drink or savor a delicious meal. A little further along, you'll find a beautiful city park, perfect for a relaxing walk surrounded by greenery.

If you're attending an event at the Spoorzone or a concert at Poppodium 013, there's no need to worry about transportation – everything is within walking distance.

The studio is situated alongside other studios on the first floor of a former hotel building with a rich history, now offering modern facilities in a charming setting.

Upon arrival, you will receive a rental agreement, along with a check-in form that must be signed before completing the check-in process. This ensures a smooth and secure experience for both parties.

The apartment is located in a monumental building from 1931, designed by renowned architect C.M.B. (Casper) van den Beld, who won a Heineken competition to design a new hotel. In the stairwell, you'll find stunning stained-glass windows that showcase various forms of transportation over the years, along with the coats of arms of Brabant, Tilburg, and the Netherlands, adding to the building's unique historical charm.

Inside, the studio features a modern and minimalist design, creating a peaceful retreat. The balcony offers a charming view of the city, and the brand-new bathroom ensures a refreshing and comfortable shower experience. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare a delicious breakfast or enjoy a good cup of coffee during your stay.

Our studio is ideally located for those who want to get the most out of Tilburg and the surrounding area! Within walking distance, you will find plenty of activities: laser tag, go-karting, escape rooms, indoor miniature golf, bowling, and a cozy cinema. Music lovers can enjoy performances at Poppodium 013, and for a relaxing walk, the city park is perfect. Doloris offers a unique maze experience, and in the idyllic Pius Haven, you can rent a boat or go paddleboarding.

Just a 15-minute drive away are top destinations such as Efteling, Safaripark Beekse Bergen, LaTrappe Brewery, and the Drunense Duinen, perfect for a day out.

With the station nearby, you can be in Amsterdam in 60 minutes, Rotterdam in 35 minutes, and Eindhoven in 20 minutes. Tilburg University is also quickly accessible by train or bus in just 5 minutes. And of course, the bicycle is always a fast, typically Dutch option!
