Reasonably priced for room for attending Timmins Rock On the River, far enough away from the venue to get a good night’s sleep. Plain Jane kind of place, good enough.

Although in a great location, this hotel needs a lot of work. Its definitely dated and needs a renovation. The gym was not open due to it being old. The breakfast was ok. A couple ants spoiled the meal and options are limited. The staff is friendly and prompt to help. Very understaffed though. But responsive.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Parking was convenient and the room was very clean although a bit small, as we had multiple suitcases and there were no closets to hide them away.

Super quiet place you don’t hear any vehicles , proximity to the Mall, Walmart, Planet Fitness and my pharmacy, excellent location, rooms are super clean a nice heavy blanket on the bed which is hard to find now, I will be back and highly recommend this place.

The rooms were stale smelling. filthy walls, carpets, dust, bed was fairly new. but overall unkempt. rips, stains, tears in hall carpets. Doors do not properly shut hinge pin missing and no safety lock. reported to front that someone was smoking in room next to us, and the smell of weed in the hall was very strong. no elevator would not stay again
