Fabulous rural holiday home near many beautiful beaches. 5 bedrooms.

Our home is in a countryside location, situated a 'stones-throw' from the Opale Coast and it's many sandy beaches. We offer top quality accommodation at excellent value for money. Your holiday home is totally independent and includes your own large private, lawn gardens. The house was built following the design of a traditional Fermette style property and is on the outskirts of the village surrounded by rolling farmland.
With it's 5 bedrooms this holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.
The accommodation is split between the ground and first floor.
The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate w:c, open plan lounge, dinning and fully fitted kitchen areas. There is also a laundry room. The rear patio doors lead on to the exterior terrace with amazing views over the garden and countryside.
The first floor has a further 3 bedrooms plus another bathroom and separate w:c. There is also a mezzanine area with a large selection of books and games.
Centrally heated throughout there is also a delightful wood pellet stove in the lounge.
The entire house is covered by wifi internet and the TV set up includes both French & English free view channels. The smart TV gives access to a variety of streaming channels including Netflix & Prime.
Guests have secure on site private parking which is big enough for 6 cars. You also have your own boules pitch, garden swings and garden games.
Les Tilleuls has been a holiday home since 2005 and is registered with meublé en tourisme. It is owned and looked after by Michael.

Lovely rural getaway
It was a real pleasure staying at this holiday home in Tingry, France. The area was sleepy and rural, but only a short hop by car to lots of lovely attractions like Montreuil, Le Touquet, the beach at Hardelot, and the aquarium (Nausicaa) in Boulogne-sur-mer. The home itself was perfect for our extended family (2 kids of 3 and 7 years old, and 5 adults) with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There was plenty of facilities as well for cooking, eating, and entertaining the kids in the house with the large garden, the swings, as well as cuddly toys and games available. Overall, it was a real pleasure staying here, and the owner was very helpful and communicative throughout! We would thoroughly recommend to other families or groups.

Beautiful farmhouse and relaxing stay
The farmhouse is gorgeous and in a lovely area where you can’t help but feel relaxed. The house was clean and inviting and had everything we needed for our family of 9. The children loved the space in the garden and the adults enjoyed the stunning views. The host Michael, welcomed us warmly and gave advise on where to visit which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property for all ages and close to beaches and amenities.

Great House
The house was lovely and comfortable. It was really clean on arrival and easy to check in. Very peaceful and plenty of room for the children who enjoyed the garden. We found a lovely restaurant in the local village Les Clos des Brasseries in Samer. The local supermarket, E.Leclerc located in Samer was easy to get to and well stocked. Very enjoyable relaxing stay.

Indian summer in Tingry
We had a very lovely stay at Gîte Les Tilleuls! The four children (age 7-16) enjoyed the big garden a lot - the swings, playing football, petanque and hide-and-seek. The eight adults enjoyed the meals around the long garden table. And the baby (1.5 yrs old) was happy with the toys, the high-chair and the cot. So all in all it was a happy family stay. The communication with Michael (the owner) was very smooth.

We were 10 adults and an infant and this property was perfect for our Birthday weekend . Easy access , warm and cosy and Lots of space . Good eating and seating area . The garden looked great but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use it apart from a short game of Boules .

Wonderful cosy get away
a really wonderful quiet get away. we came with a bunch of young children, and everyone had a wonderful time. accommodation was clean and comfortable, lovely big garden, surrounded by lots of lovely countryside. lots of nearby farms, noone speaks english around the area so be prepared!!

Perfect!
This property was everything we wanted and more besides, perfect for our family group of 8 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs. Loads of space for us all, equipped with all we needed, and a beautiful huge secluded garden with a great view. The nearby village of Samer is delightful too, and only a short drive to great beaches. We hope to be back next year!

Tremendous
Having stayed in countless gites over the years, I found this to be up there with the best. Spacious, spotless and equipped for everything, down to plastic plates and cups for the kids. Lovely quiet location, but within a mile or so of Samer which has all you need. I would highly recommend this to anyone, whether looking for a full holiday or just a long weekend as we have just enjoyed.

Perfect weekend in a very nice house
We spent a family weekend in the lovely house of Mickael. The house is very nice and comfortable, with all what is needed for 14 people. The outdoors are fantastic and the region is perfect for cycling, hiking and walking. Michael is a fantastic host, we spend some very good time with him when we met. We hope we can come back in the future.

Lovely house in beautiful countryside
We had a lovely stay. Michael, the host, was there to greet us and helped us whenever we had a question. The house is very quiet. The only sounds we heard were the birds and sometimes the cows. Seaside towns are a 30 minute drive away. We will visit again.

Het vakantiehuis was zeer proper en practisch. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot en hij is zeer vriendelijk, soepel, staat open voor alle vragen. Jammer dat het slecht weer was, maar de omgeving is prachtig, zelfs in de storm Ciara..Binnen is het zeer gezellig : vuurtje aan, lezen, spelletje spelen,...Kortom : zeer geslaagde herftvakantie?
