We had a wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was both welcoming and calming. It was also pleasantly quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway!

Our unit had no heat, it was 60 degrees inside all night. Very light bed linens, no extra blankets. The free breakfast was pitiful. The juice machine was out of order so there was nothing to drink except coffee. The waffle iron was not working properly, as waffles were brown on the outside but very doughy on the inside.

Slow checking, two young men at desk were just transactional, no hint of hospitality. Room was mostly clean but very worn. There were several gaps in vinyl floorboards in kitchen. At least two lamps were unplugged. TV didn't work and the TV itself actually felt sticky (yuck). The neighbors upstairs were noisy both night as until at least 2 am. We found two sets of dog poop right outside our door in the morning (likely from the dog upstairs). The entire complex is dated and in dire need of refurbishing or even teardown. The Sonesta at the end of the street seemed like a 5 star hotel in comparison - well stay there next time time.

This ia basically a low rent apartment complex that seems to occasionally rent out units. Stay away. Not maintained and the residents are noisy. Unit was filthy and makes me wonder when the bathroom was last ever cleaned. No wifi, Tv remote broken, more I could add but why bother.

Got put in the first room at the end of the complex 521, walked it it smelled and through out the night had multiple fruit flies near bathroom but it was almost 2 am and I had training so I elected to just get some rest. Next day I get in smell isnā€™t present but more fruit flies. I killed a few and went to take a shower. I got out the shower there was a visible bug/roach on the side of the bed. I went to the front desk who when I shared the video immediately apologized and put me in another room. Went there, the new roomā€™s window was opened, tried closing it and locking it and the lock mechanism was broken. Given this was on the first floor I said nope and headed back to the front desk they said they could send maintenance I said just give me a room that doesn't have bugs and is secure. The third room was fine, front desk was cordial and helpful but im not getting my $200 deposit for 30 days and definitely not going to stay there again.

The room was dingy, and dirty - the floors, and all surfaces like the desk, coffee table, tv stand and table top were sticky! Our socks got filthy walking on the floor! There were spiders and roaches seem multiple times over 4 days. This was the second Wyndom property in NJ I would never return to solely on lack of cleanliness. Hotel front desk was vacant every time we went looking for toilet paper and soap and had to hang around waiting for someone in the back to finally hear our shouts to get anyones attention.

My stay there went well for the most part, but the staff was far from friendly. I had to practically beg for towels daily and the shower in my room had to be plunged every time I started the water or it would overflow. People stay there for extended periods and the cops are always there. My teenage daughter got locked out of the room in the middle of the night while I was at work ā€¦ it took the staff an hour and 20 mins to come to the desk in the lobby. Like where were they?!!

The room was old and not greatly cleaned. All the wood furniture was sticky. The sliding glass door lock was broken and the stick to put down for trying to keep it from opening was broken. Tried calling the front desk and was constantly disconnected. The room was in the back of the property and there were a bunch of Ryder moving trucks parked there. Old toys outside some of the rooms were filthy and blocking the walk ways for the stairs. Iā€™ve stayed at other Wyndhams before and never experienced this. I want my money back.

The rooms are not well maintained, they were in need of paint and there was no hot water for showers. The staff was rude and the complimentary breakfast was lackluster - and there wasnā€™t a teabag on the premises!

Firstly, when we checked in the front desk person was wearing a sloppy t shirt and sweatpants. When we finally got through with checking in, we get to the room and the bed was obviously a full size instead of a queen. After calling down to the office, we were told it was a queen. Whatever, we were tired from traveling. The bed was absolutely horrible. You sank in the middle, you felt every spring and it was noisy. There was also no hand soap to be found in the room. We ended up checking out early in the morning to find another hotel. Where again, the front desk staff was not professionally dressed for a job in the hotel industry. I'd think with a name like the Wyndham attached, this hotel would be up in their game. They also offered nothing as far as a discount or any type of apology. Management gave us a bogus number to contact for corporate. We won't ever return to to this hotel or its affiliates.

Unique cottage type rooms. Not like a typical Wyndham hotel. Room was clean and nice. A little dated but overall it was fine. Donā€™t expect a regular hotel stay. More like a motel with outside entrance direct to your room. Convenient to the parkway and area beaches. Great little kitchen in the room. would be ideal for small families on vacation.

I regret not reading the reviews before booking, but for $300 a night, I expected at least a decent room. Unfortunately, this place is extremely dilapidated, run-down, dirty, and somewhat unsafe. Our first room was absolutely terribleā€”there were holes in the walls, and the door appeared to have been repeatedly forced open, and it wouldnā€™t even lock properly. I demanded a different room, and while they moved us to a suite that was slightly better, it was still severely outdated. The steps leading up to the rooms were crumbling, and the cigarette ashtrays overflowing with butts added to the overall trashy appearance. Save yourself the trouble and donā€™t stay here.
