Amazing breakfast, wonderful staff with great activities for kids. This is a high end resort in the middle of a historical city. It went above and beyond my expectations! It’s a perfect place for families with babies or toddlers. They have activities to keep them busy and having fun all day long. I just missed bacon on the breakfast but not a big deal.

Very helpful staff and conveniently located.
This property is one of the newest and largest in Tiradentes, an historic, colonial town from Brazil's gold-mining days. The rooms are large and clean, but with a noisy air conditioner unit. The pool area is nice and there is an indoor jacuzzi, steam room, and heated small pool. The staff was the highlight of the place. They were very helpful, and even opened the breakfast area early for us, since we had an early departure.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente a poucos metros da principal praça do centro histórico. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama confortável e o banho excelente. Fomos muito bem atendidos . As crianças se divertiram muito com a recreação do hotel e nós também. A piscina com uma prainha é top. A minha única restrição é quanto à internet que não pegava muito bem .

Minha estadia foi boa… mas a decepção com o atendimento foi horrível… Estávamos em um congresso de mesa posta! Antes de efetuar a reserva percebi que que não havia 3 camas, afinal foram 3 amigas em um quarto, logo liguei para o hotel e questionei é uma das atendentes me afirmou não ter problema que eu faria a reserva de 2 adultos e uma criança que eles nos colocariam em um quarto com cama reserva é assim foi feito… Na data do Check-in tivemos que pagar mais 550,00 por ser um adulto e não criança, visto que nós informamos antes como que faríamos a reserva… e pra completar o quarto era o mesmo, nada ia mudar. Continuamos com a cama reserva infantil então o porque da cobrança a mais? Sem contar a grosseria do atendente Alexandre que se quer tentou atender e entender o que havia acontecido. Por ser um hotel de alto luxo esperava muito mais na resolução desse caso afinal a acomodação não mudou. Um descaso. Confesso que se eu tivesse reservado uma pousada mais simples seria muito mais bem atendida e entendida. Fica aqui minha extrema decepção com a colhida desse hotel. Não adianta ser luxo se não tem atendimento de excelência prezando pela satisfação do cliente. Não volto mais. Sugestão melhorem os quartos de 3 camas para que esse desconforto não aconteça com demais hóspedes. Outra sugestão o congresso de mesa posta acontece todo ano no hotel, seria interessante um desconto para quem desejar hospedar vinda do congresso.

Realmente, as instalações (principalmente aquelas voltadas para as crianças) são excelentes. Recreação, brinquedos e atividades sensacionais e para todas as idades. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Comida excelente. Único porém é em relação ao check out. Como todo mundo sai no mesmo horário, as filar para o check out demoram demais.

Trata-se de um hotel inusitado. Você sai das ruas históricas de Tiradentes e, depois de passar por uma linda entrada, encontra um espaço gigantesco, com diversas piscinas e parque aquático, em pleno centro. Excelente para crianças. As camas são confortáveis e o ar condicionado eficiente. Tivemos que mudar de quarto tarde da noite, pois a porta do banheiro emperrou. Há muitos mosquitos no local. O pessoal da recepção não demonstrou maior interesse em sugerir passeios ou restaurantes.

Prós: quarto premium excelente e café da manhã bastante variado. Contras: piscinas com águas geladas. A piscina térmica é pequena porque ninguêm consegue entrar nas outras e se concentram nessa, mesmo assim a temperatura poderia ser melhor. Atendimento burocrático: 30 minutos para fazer checkin e checkout. Exigem preencher uma ficha enorme, uma por adulto, nunca vi isso. Também negaram o late checkout. NÃO VOLTO!

O Hotel tem um parque aquático novo incrível, porém não tem salva vidas e por isso o escorregador mais legal só fica aberto durante 40 minutos 3 vezes ao dia. Uma decepção para as crianças que quando abria o sol queriam ir e não podiam. O Hotel é muito bem localizado para visitar Tiradentes, tudo acessível à pé. Tem garagem coberta. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, as camareiras, os tios da animação, o maleiro, o acendedor da lareira. Foram incrivelmente atenciosos. A sauna não fica ligada o dia todo. Fomos usar e não estava ligada. A água do hotel parece ser do Rio. O cabelo fica muito ruim. E o hotel tem uma distinção entre quartos que recebem a linha do Boticário e que recebem um shampoo horrível escrito Santíssimo. (Peça o do Boticário na recepcao) Como o parque tem areia natural os quartos e corredores ficam sujos o dia todo sem a limpeza adequada. Eles também não trocam os lençóis de um dia para o outro, que fica sujo de areia. Se a diária custasse 800,00 (4 pax)pelo custo benefício seria 8,0 porém pelo que cobram 2000,00, foi decepcionante. O hotel ainda está em obras, o clubinho tem atividades marcadas com horário e fora desse horário que eles querem nada funciona. Vila Aventura legal porém metade dos brinquedos está sem funcionar e não abre de noite. A atividade para as crianças termina 18h com um cineminha projetado na parede. O café da manhã nota 10, incrível e sem fila. A tapioca tem um bipe para buscar ao ficar pronta.
