Fantastic hotel - it’s recommended
Great comfortable and clean hotel in a central location. Brilliant breakfast, with a huge selection, though they could do with a slightly bigger dining room to accommodate the volume of guests at breakfast at busier times (there’s sometimes a long queue). Lounge area in reception is also a great space to relax. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were accommodating, but my family and I had several issues with our room. Here are the issues we encountered: There was only one family suite available, and the air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms. As a result, we had to split our family between two rooms for one night. They gave us a different room, but it was still inconvenient. We found major mold in one of the restrooms, which appeared to be black mold that can release toxic spores into the air. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they said they would clean it. However, they only wiped the wall, and the issue was not resolved. Each time people would smoke in the basement’s restaurant, all second-hand smoke was blowing into our room. Additionally, extremely loud live music did not stop until midnight on Friday. There was a lot of trash around the property outside our room window. There was no parking available, and there was a tall flight of stairs to the entrance, which made it difficult to carry our luggage. We hope that the hotel can address these issues to improve the experience of future guests. Also Orbitz should scan the quality of hotels they market especially for the ones that could potentially have health risks that can cause lifelong issues.

Good central hotel.
Great little hotel with a great location. It's 10 minutes walk from the main square but also 10 minutes walk the opposite direction to the football stadium and grand park. There are lots of food options around the hotel. The room was ideal for us as we were using it as a base to just go back and sleep. I found the bed very comfortable too which is something you need when you've been out all day doing lots of walking! Staff were helpful and friendly and because it is a small hotel, they knew guests individually which was good.

Location of the hotel is very good because it is in the center of the city but it is also next to some bars that had live music until 1 am which is not that great if you want to go to sleep earlier. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was also very good and the guy in the hotel restaurant was very helpful. The one thing that is not good is the bathroom door which is made of glass. That makes no sense unless you are alone or with your wife. Also my room had no street view so I couldn’t really open my window. Great staff, cleanliness and breakfast is what gives this hotel 4 stars in my opinion.

The bedroom was small and basic. It was clean. The bathroom was more modern and was clean. he hotel was close by to a number of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was a basic continental and was just okay

Great location and clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was simple, but pleasant. The room was on the small side. The mini-fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks, refreshments and alcohol, but nothing was free, not even the water so beware. Overall it is a great hotel.

The property was nice because it was spacious and clean. We had an issue with no electricity and no running water in the morning of our checkout. Not only did we not have water or electricity in the morning, we received a call 10 minutes before checkout that we needed to leave. We did not like this because we were already in the process of leaving without electricity or water. Very rude customer service

Excellent central location, friendly helpful staff, clean modern rooms with good comfortable beds and big new showers. The breakfast was great and staff attentive and always at hand with refills of coffee. The only downside was that friends who stayed on one side of hotel were woken by building work at 8am each day. If I ever go to Tirana again, will definitely try to stay here as hotel sorted all airport transfers and couldn't do enough for us each day.

Pros: Location in Blloku to nightlife, food, cafes; Great breakfast including made to order eggs; Close walk to Rinas airport shuttle dropoff; renovated modern room/bathroom with big balcony included in some rooms; Excellent value for what you get Cons: Slightly older building from outside, no hotel amenities like gym/pool, some strange layout choices (No free bottled water, smaller room walking distance, double with twin mattresses covered by double sheet, no door or curtain for shower with mirror right across that makes you watch yourself shower :P)
