Very clean hotel within 20 minutes of the cruise port. The complimentary breakfast was very poorly managed by 1person. She did her best but you need 2 people on the weekends. She could not replenish things fast enough.

The hotel is in excellent shape being a fairly new property. The room was a suite with plenty of space and a well laid out design. All the staff were pleasant and nice to engage with. The one downside was the TV System that they have selected for guest rooms. The remote control to access channels (Select or scroll through the channel guide) to put it bluntly...Absolutely Sucks!!! It is 2025, not 1990. A guest with no knowledge should be able to pick up a TV remote and operate the TV seamlessly. Like in Hit a guide button, scroll the TV channels on the guide, Hit Enter, and go to the channel selected. A truly brainless function after a long day, but this TV system couldn't deliver that experience.
