The property, has a large sun terrace is perfect for sunbathing,and admiring the unspoilt views, or star gazing at the night sky, and is set in the countryside, with picturesque views and country walks from the doorstep. The roof terrace area is a fantastic for chilling out, whist enjoying the views of the landscape. There is a patio table and 4 chairs for that alfresco dining, additionally there is a separate first floor balcony. With sunshine all year round; 20 degrees Celsius even in in December and January; just relax, explore and soak up the experience.


Adil is the brother of Saidia,who was my manager for several years,she has now moved to Italy; so Adil who is a "former manager of a restaurant " ; he will greet you upon arrival, and can even arrange a welcome dinner for you. He can prepare meals you would like to have cooked ,either English ,French or Moroccan style [for a small extra charge] He is also available to help you,to get the most out of your visit
He will help you with any questions,and can help you arrange any trips,that you may require.
The exterior ground floor conservatory, gives you the benefit of a shaded area
Jacuzzi is situated outside, on the sunny flat roof.


At the nearby beach resort,is an Aqua-Water park with 2 swimming pools and numerous slides.

Les seuls points positifs: le calme (maison en lisiĆØre de village face Ć  la colline), la vie en immersion dans le village, la sympathie des habitants et mĆŖme du propriĆ©taire mais il est Ć¢gĆ© et un peu dĆ©passĆ©. Pour le reste: il a fallu que nous fassions le mĆ©nage Ć  l arrivĆ©e..., la femme de mĆ©nage citĆ©e dans l annonce n existe pas, la chaudiĆØre Ć  gaz pour la douche tombe rĆ©guliĆØrement en panne donc ces jours lĆ  douche froide... il y a trĆØs peu de vaisselle, nous avons dĆ» acheter 2 casseroles... le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, l eau ne dĆ©passe pas 20 degrĆ©s, fenĆŖtres et portes sont des vraies passoires: vent, poussiĆØre, pluie qui un jour a inondĆ© le canapĆ© et le sol... Alors avis aux amateurs d autant que le site Abritel n aide pas les vacanciers qui ont ce genre de problĆØmes!

deƧu j'ai quitte la location le mercredi au lieu du samedi matin
jaccuzi pas chauffe pas de tƩlƩ (le propietaire m'a prevenue 3 jours avant que le satellite ne fonctionne pas )nƩanmoins je pensais que l'antenne locale ƩtƩ utilisable mais pas du tout, saadia nous a dit qu'elle s'en occuperai mais elle a ƩtƩ occupe donc pas dispo. le wifi fonctionne a peine et il faut recharger souvent Le lecteur dvd et cd fonctionne La plage se situe a 20 minutes de marche en deux temps du lieu de location jusqu'a la grande route 10 min et de la grande route jusqu'a la plage 10 min attention le taxi ne rentre pas dans le village sur la montagne voiture indispensable a mon gout . le cote positive est la vue degagƩ et calme
