Nice and clean. With in walking distance of Remarkables shopping centre. Comfy bed but the pillows are hard as rocks. The cafe in motel is only pod coffee which was a bit disappointing.

The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. The Suite was spacious and beautiful. The restaurant was high quality and the food was excellent. Had a wonderful stay.

Happy hour! Free wine, beer and snacks each day between 5 & 6 PM. Close to everything. Short walk to the Kiei Park where we got see 4 kiwi at close quarters, and other New Zealand birds and the Tuatara. Also the chairlift is close as well as a short walk to the centre of Queenstown and its foreshore. There is a bit of a hill, but careful planning of our path minimised this. There is a nice cosy lounge which gives it a homely feel. Rooms are well appointed if a little small, but hanging out in the lounge ameliorated this , and at happy hour we got to meet new people.

Beautifully appointed rooms with all the creature comforts one could wish for. There are thoughtful little touches like welcome chocolates, wine and a cheese platter in the rooms, not to mention cookies in the waiting areas. Service was warm and cheerful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. It's one of those places that made us want to return to stay longer!
