Nice location for the theme parks nearby, and easy access via a dedicated rail line. Rooms were clean and suitable, but the beds are quite firm. There was only one restaurant open in the hotel so dining options weren't great, so had to venture out for food. In saying that, there is a nice convenience store in the lobby area. Overall nice hotel.

Really excellent for a stay at Tokyo Disney. The rooms with a view of the park were great for viewing the fireworks on the night we arrived, and it’s a short walk to the bayside monorail station.

Our stay at Grand Nikko was good. The room they gave us was spacious and had a beautiful view of the water. Cute special toiletries for my daughter. It is a few minute walk over to Bayside station on the resort line. There is a lack of restaurants in that area besides the hotel one or you would have to take the resort line back to the resort station or hotel shuttle bus. We did try the morning buffet, which has a really good selection of foods. I liked how they listed the allergens for people who have allergies like my kids. I noticed some reviews mentioned the smell of mold, I can see why people had mentioned it. The hotel really needs to work on the mold/mildrew problem, it was very visible in the standing shower and around the tiles on the tub. It was a bit surprising for me given how much care they put into cleaning their hotel (our room was on the 6th floor). I am not sure why there is no bathroom fan or washroom fan which might also contribute to the mold problem. Overall the stay was good and the staff were fantastic.

Great stay for Disneyland!
Loved it here! Room is spacious and amenities were complete. Loved the tub! Beautiful view of the bay! We didn’t mind that it wasn’t super modern or updated. The bed is not comfortable, but it was great value for being so close to Disneyland and for the price. Walking distance to the monorail! Everyone is nice and helpful.

The property was ideally located in the Tokyo Disney Resort area. Excellent transportation within 5 minutes walking distance (4 stops monorail around Disney Resort/ and transport hub at the Resort Gateway to travel with the railway lines elsewhere around Tokyo and beyond). Warm, polite and welcoming staff. Excellent service all around from Doorperson to Baggage counter to Check in reception to Room cleaning personnel to Restaurant and shops personnel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent rooms and facilities. Beautiful atrium. Excellent views.

If you are going to the Disney resort, this hotel is very convenient because it has free transportation to the Disney train and the Maihama station. If your plan is to visit Tokyo or just walk and start exploring, this hotel is a bit further from any other destination. My kids were disappointed the outside pool was closed and that you have to pay an extra fee to use the inside pool and is only open from 10am - 5pm. Thee hotel is beautiful and you get immersed in the Disney magic.

The Grand Nikko Hotel is so close to the tram that takes you to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland Sea. Their buffet breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.
