The property was fun as dinosaur robots check you in. I didn't like how you had to write your details onto an electronic form with your finger. A keyboard would be better. I have no idea how anyone was ever going to read what i put in. We only stayed on night after disney visit. You can get there by bus from Maihama station.

Great hotel, great location.
Fantastic stay for a very reasonable price. Very close to Tokyo Disney, convenient free shuttle, multiple times there and back. If you miss it or go outside of open and closing hours, there’s a city bus stop very close, gets you there in 5 minutes. A Lawson across the street, and a 7-11 just a few feet to the left. Raptor check in was very whimsical. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disney.

The dinosaurs experience was lovely. The rooms were small and the beds were a little bit hard.they are Clean. The staff are friendlyand the location is perfect next to Disneyland in Disneysae The breakfast doesn’t suit foreigners

Very easy check-in with dinosaur's assistance. Would have liked the ordering of robot delivery to be automated, rather than having to call a staff member. Couldn't work robot concierge in room despite following instructions. Running water sounds from other rooms was loud in our room in evening.

We only stayed here a night after being at Disney. Clean and basic hotel with a shuttle to Disney which gets very busy by the look, though there’s a bus right in front that also goes there. The dinosaurs at check in were a laugh, kids enjoyed it. Clean and cheap place to go to after a long day at the park

Very nice location close to Tokyo Disney resort. They provide transportation to Maihama station which is right in front entrance to Disney. Have a 711 and a Lawson in front and next to. I was able to leave my luggage's at the hotel earlier than my check in time to be able go and explore. Odaiba is two stops away from Maihama station. And 30 minutes away from Tokyo station. Great experience here would visit again.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. However, the A/C squeaked while running. And then after an hour or two shut off. Also, if you are visiting any place other than Disney Resort on other days of your stay, such as Tokyo, it is not very convenient. We had to check out by 7 am so there was no shuttle to the station at that time. But, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

For the novelty this hotel is great. However the beds are smaller than normal twin beds (even at other hotels in japan and considering the two travellers could fit into 1 twin bed else where and barely into separate beds here it was a bit odd) and very uncomfortable. I would not stay again but for small kids or an experience it is well worth it. The breakfast was fun and themed with dinosaurs everywhere. I did love the hotel but wish the sleeping part was more comfortable.

The hotel was interesting but really wasnt worth the money. The rooms were kind of cramped and it was nice to have a room just to shower in but the beds were worse then that of a prison bed. If the beds were better, then id rate higher.

Great hotel - and not just for the dinosaurs!
I'm not gonna lie - we booked this solely for the dinosaur robots! But it ended up being one of our favourite hotels of the trip. Decent sized room (we booked a triple for 4 so actually more crowded than it could have been) - the entryway can also be separated from the room by a door which is great for getting changed and showering etc. Toilet and shower are separate, which again was perfect when there were 4 of us sharing. Location is great for Disney, not so much for visiting Tokyo as a whole - but we had to do it for one night! We did it at the end of our trip, and the hotel has a free shuttle to the train station which is perfect and then you can get to Narita without connecting in the city centre. Konbinis also just across the road. Everything you could need, really.

Cockroach in bed
It was fine until a cockroach was crawling in our bed. That was gross. They did move us to another room, but they don’t comp anything. Theme is cute in the downstairs lobby, and the people are nice.

The dinosaur check-in was great!!! Kids and adults loved it, convenient location with a very short bus ride to the Disney parks, or about a 900Y taxi (AUD10). There’s a 7-11 basically next door so that made things easy too. Breakfast next door had a good variety of western and Japanese foods and was tasty.
