Staff are great, property was relatively quiet. Rooftop deck is great. Also the use of the mobile phones with local data was really fantastic!! Only downside was the size of the common area is a bit cramped and is unusable if there’s more than a handful of people in there.

Hostel DEN is very welcoming. I had a great time hanging out there. The location is very convenient for accessing various subways lines and it's close to Tokyo Station.

Stayed in their private double room with shared bathroom. Room is spacious enough for two person and 2 medium size luggage bags. As this was a hostel, the bathroom was sharing but we have no issues with it. Night time, the hostel organizes different activities daily that guest could join. And the property has a rooftop area which guest can chill and relax. Near to 2 different train stations (one is about 3mins walk and another 10mins walk). Something that could be improved on: the handwashing sinks at every floor. As it was automated, found some slight difficulty for face washing and while brushing teeth. Other than that would highly recommend this place for solo travellers, or with friends or with partners.

Free portable phones with internet to use!
Sturdy beds; nice bathrooms with stools to sit on; each bed provided with a portable tablet with free maps/ internet/ phone calls for the duration of your stay; 2 blocks from subway stop and easy to find; some rooms only 4 beds per room. If u want a common area, the lobby is quite small. They say there is a rooftop area but it was locked when I was there. Recommend

It had a private rooftop which any resident was able to access. Their were curtains on each bed which allowed privacy during all times of the day. It was in a safe part of the city and close to many train stations. The showers and laundry were also available 24/7 and you could be in your room anytime of the day, no need to leave during cleaning service. Highly recommend!

Great location and friendly staff!
Stayed there for around four nights and it was better than expected. Everything was clean and in order with a modern look. My one gripe was the temperature in the sleeping area. It was stifling for some reason, but then again I'm from Canada so what may feel hot to me is average for everyone else.

(良かった点) ホステル内の雰囲気は非常に和気藹々としており素敵。キッチンは小さいが、調味料や食器等が無料で提供されていて非常に助かった。またゲストの殆どは外国人で、英語を勉強したい人や、異文化交流が好きな人には特にお勧め。ここで多くの素敵な友人もできた。ロフトやコタツもあり、予想以上に快適な宿泊ができた。施設内の清掃はよく行き届いており、滞在中に不潔に感じた点はほぼ無かった。 (悪かった点) スタッフのゲストへの対応がしばしば不適切。まともに挨拶が出来ないスタッフが散見された。スタッフ同士仲良くはしゃぐのは結構だが、周囲のゲストへの気遣いが欲しかった。また、新人と思わしき大学生をフロントに一人で立たせているのも気になった。また、部屋の乾燥がひどい。長期滞在の場合は保湿クリームは必携。

清潔感があり良かったです。
施設は清潔感があり駅からも近いし、スタッフも皆様感じが良かったのです。ただ、夜中に女性専用ルームをノックする音がし、不安でした。
