Great hotel if you want something super convenient and don't mind a tight squeeze for two. Close to Tokyo station, this would be a great hotel if you just want a reliable space to crash after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel doesn't offer anything fancy in regards to amenities. The room was super clean and bedding was comfortable. Great for solo travellers, could be hard for two friends if space is important. There's no room to open your luggage besides the corridor, so the room is super compact.

Room is clean and a good size. Was also surprised by how wide the corridors to the rooms were. Washroom a little on the small side. Location is very close to the busy Tokyo Station. When we arrived for check-in, a male staff (possibly manager level) helped us but was not friendly. We were not rude, we just arrived from the Shinkansen and wanted to leave our luggage as we were early for check-in. He allowed it and had someone help with the luggage. When we finished we asked “is that all” and he replied “bye.” All the other staff we met later on were polite and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay for two nights here! There are several aspects that made this such a pleasant stay for me, but the top highlights were the convenience of the location, as well as the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. The hotel is about 3 to 5 minutes waking distance from Tokyo Station, as well as the local metro which was about a 10 to 12 minute walk for me. This was very convenient coming on the airport limousine bus, my day tour and taking the Shinkansen which all left from Tokyo Station. Ginza was a fairly quiet neighborhood which I liked, but also close to the shopping area and not too far from the Imperial Palace. I absolutely loved the room I stayed in, I had a full size bed which was more than enough for myself (I’m over six feet tall) however would recommend a larger bed if there are two people staying. The bathtub was deep and spacious. The hotel also partners with a massage vendor which comes to your room and bill directly to your hotel statement, I thought the massage wasn’t bad but is different from massages abroad. The hotel also provides either a complimentary beer can or green tea bottle. They also have laundry machines, microwave, and coffee machine on the main/second floor. They offer a breakfast for an extra fee, which I did not use. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to be near Ginza, Tokyo Station or higher end shopping.

The hotel advertises that they have a public working space, but it’s actually only open during specific hours. It makes it inconvenient if we ever needed to work through the night or in the morning. Other than that, everything else was fair and staff’s English was exceptionally good.

The location is very convenient only a block from the tokyo station. The guest rooms on each floor is guarded by additional door accessible with only room cards. Basic hotel with no lobby, no gym. Our room is normal size according to the tokyo standard. It is on 6floor and the window is locked view and facing back wall of another building really close. We felt very cramped.

My stay at this hotel was fair. The room was clean, and the location was convenient, with friendly staff who were helpful throughout my visit. However, it’s quite a long walk to the nearest metro station, which can be difficult for elderly guests. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the breakfast options were quite limited. There are definitely other hotels in the area at a similar price point that offer larger rooms and easier access to public transport. Overall, it’s decent, but you may find better options nearby.
