Best Airport Hotel
The best airport hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, great customer service, and great amenities. I’ve stayed twice this year and each time I’ve had great service. The first time was in August and our flight got cancelled because of the typhoon. We had to add on 2 extra nights. The hotel front desk made it so easy to add 2 nights at the same original rate we had for the previous nights. I love staying here at the end of my trip so I can wind down and get to last minute shopping at the Haneda Gardens. The onsen is the perfect end to a Tokyo vacation.

Convenient and luxurious
This hotel is a prime spot due to its location. Talk about convenience! Its split into two versions, Grand and Premier, not sure why but we stayed at the Premier which was awesome and fairly luxurious. The staff is what makes this hotel, very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They know pretty good english too!
