Lovely stay here in a great location, very close to Tokyo station. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were all very receptive and friendly. They held our luggage on both the days we checked in early and out late, with no dramas. It's a beautiful hotel, and the soundproofing was excellent, we only heard a few muffled footsteps from upstairs. The bathroom was exceptional, and we were able to enjoy nice hot baths to soothe our legs after long days walking through Tokyo. With only a short walk from here you can get a train that goes to Haneda airport, which was very convenient for us.

Very clean and located in a quieter area. We did not see any huge crowds around, at the same time there are 5 train stations within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. The staff are very nice and willing to help with whatever request you might have. Enjoyed staying there.

Good location, near train station and within walking distance to the Asakusa-line train station with direct connection to Haneda airport. Beautiful modern hotel. Excellent Japanese-style breakfast with 3 options. Beds were a bit hard. Service was not a typical Japanese customary. One day our room was nicely made (Japanese standard). Another day our room was made haphazardly.

The property is in good condition. The elevator situation is a little inconvenient. When entering you have to go to the hotel lobby/14th floor first, then take a different elevator to your hotel room. Location is ok. It's about a 10 min bus ride from Tokyo station and around a 10 min walk to the other smaller train stations.

The room is very small and not enough for three luggage The beds are solid but comfortable. The blanket is puffy and soft. The staff are helpful and would be great if added smile.
