bare bones hotel, not the worst, but extended stay
the staff was friendly. the little amenities in the lobby were nice. overall the room was fairly clean, but there was black hair on two of the pillows and a white stain on the wall above one of the beds. however, the worst part was there was a false fire alarm (not their fault) at 11, when my jet lagged family had finally gotten to sleep. instead of a flashing light in the room, the hotel got on a loudspeaker in our room, which woke us up, but were still asleep, so we didn't know what was going on. then, we went back to bed, and 10 minutes later, again a super loud message over the speaker in the room. we woke up again, and they repeated the message but it was unintelligible, so i went down to the lobby where they explained it was a false alarm. to top it off, they left the intercom on the rooms playing muzak. so, if there had been a real fire alarm, we wouldn't have been toast, but there wasn't and they woke us up two more times.

We are frequently travel couple , travelling the whole world , but this is amazing experiences in Tokyo, and Karaksa hotel Tokyo station is the best , the cleanliness is top notch, staff is wonderful , well English spoken. Just side tips, it’s line up if you want to dine fine restaurants,there is lots of convenience stores you can buy ready food to eat, it’s very yummy . Amazing experiences Rooms are small but the same in Europe as well….its normal

Good hotel near tokyo train station
Convenient location across the street from tokyo station. 7 min walk to train station. Rooms are a bit cramped with not a lot of storage area. The room we got did not have a safety deposit box or a closet to hang clothes and had minimal counter space. We travel with only carry on so the limited space is not a big issue, but I think it may be an issue if you have two large suitcases in the room. Beds and pillows were very firm, so if you are a side sleeper, you may be uncomfortable. The floor we were in had a smoking area based on the elevator signages, so if you are allergic to smoke, you may want to request a floor without a smoking area. The free limited snacks and free coffee are a nice plus. Shower pressure is good. Convenient stores to grab breakfast are a short 3 minute walk. I would stay here again for the location and proximity to the tokyo train station

Overall the hotel is good with great location, friendly staff and welcome drink. However, the hotel is built in between 2 blocks of buildings, though there’s a window in the room, it’s too close to the next building that you can hardly see any view or proper light.

Very cramped space. Lobby was used for storing luggage. Room didn’t had enough room to open suitcases. We had 2 twin beds but they had an inch of space between them. Clean space and clean pajamas though. Also location is very convenient with few minutes walk from Tokyo station.
