Very comfortable and clean. Twin room was spacious and had a washing machine and microwave which was very handy. Service was good, staff helped us with luggage delivery. Check in and check out process was fast. Very convenient location. Would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is brand new. It is modern, clean, automated - there is even a cute robot to deliver things to your room. Conveniently located. Lots of dining places nearby. However, from our 18-day wonderful Japan trip, dealing with the front desk at this hotel is the only thing I don’t want to remember. We stayed six days in this hotel. I guess the staff is new, as well - new to the hospitality business, maybe inexperienced. I am sure they are very nice people just like all the other Japanese people we met but lacking the sense of ‘hospitality as a business’. We booked a deluxe room that was available only for the first three days and had to book a corner room which was higher in price for the following three days. The first room is next to a construction and the note in the room informed us about it and was asking ‘our understanding and cooperation’. It is an inconvenience and hotels usually be more accomodating in such cases. We asked to be transferred to our next ‘corner’ room sooner if and when it would be available. Not only they would not consider that but even asked us to pay a difference if we checked in to the corner room at 9:30 am on the day instead of the regular check in time. The room was available but they were not accomodating. In the case when my room key did not work properly, they issued a new one after long debates with me and among themselves- unnecessary loss of time and energy. To the hotel managemet: the front desk staff needs training.

Superior twin room is smaller then expected as there is not much space to let us open 2 suitcases fully. The standing type shower room is extremely small, around 1-1.5 meter square. Luckily the spacious public bath can compensate the narrow shower in-room.

Wonderful place to stay. Very nice and new. We very much appreciated the convenience, the upscale design, the in unit Washer Dryer. A little on the tight size for US travelers with large luggage but we made it work.

What a lovely and, dare I say it, a hidden gem! This hotel has so much to offer and since it's new, I feel the market hasn't caught on. This hotel is super clean and open within an excellent pocket of Tokyo - close to Tokyo station and underground lines. Very much enjoyed this hotel and the staff!
