Flawless experience. We stayed for three nights in one of the art rooms with a magical view of Tokyo Tower and Mt. Fuji. Every amenity was provided (and smelled great). The hotel ambiance was luxurious, quiet, and serene. Elevators came and went efficiently. The hotel seemed well occupied but never so busy that we felt crowded. Staff was accommodating, unfailingly polite, and helpful, helping us with directions, locations of stores, etc. Although we were not terribly conversant with Tokyo's public transportation system, we figured things out and realized everything was highly accessible through attached underground or elevated walkways criss-crossing this area of the city. Two subway lines connect within the building and a couple of covered walkway blocks away is a JR station, just a short hop from the Tokyo Station hub. I originally booked this hotel as a gentle easing into a Japan trip but didn't realize it would be such a high point of the whole experience all by itself.

This is my second stay with Park Hotel Tokyo, and my stay with them was just as nice as last time. I stayed in the Tokyo Tower room, which also had a view of My Fuji on clear days. If nothing else, it’s worth the price to wake up and come back to that view. The staff was also friendly, and remembered me from my last time there, which was a pleasant surprise. I never tried their dinner, but breakfast was good. There’s a FamilyMart right next to the hotel, which was nice to stop at on your way back to the hotel and pick up dinner. Shiodome Station right next to/below the hotel, and I used that station very often in my travels. If I could critique one aspect of the hotel, it’s that there were marks/scrapes on the wall, and I could see stains on the carpet. Neither of those bothered me personally, and the pros outweigh the cons, but it’s worth noting. Overall, I love Park Hotel Tokyo, and it honestly feels like home away from home. The place is convenient, but needs update. The room is noisy. Too much train noise. Old outdated rooms. Good for short stay only.

Very central for first time visitors to Japan, fabulous breakfast, beds were comfortable as was the room overall very pleasant. Of course the whole team were friendly, very helpful and keen to assist with every question, arranged forwarding our luggage with ease. Lovely place to stay and learn you way around Tokyo, get to Disney

The artistic atmosphere was great! Every floor from the 25th floor lobby has its own art gallery! Plus: The view from the lobby and room was tremendous- you can view the Tokyo Tower along with Mt. Fuji! One thing that could be improved was the cleanest of the bath curtain, it actually has pretty obvious stains on it. All in all, it’s a pretty great experience staying in the hotel.

Great staff. Good value for money rooms and facilities. However, worth noting It is surrounded by rail lines and even if you pick the side facing towards the water and away from the majority of the train lines it’s still very noticeable because the building is a triangle and there are still direct lines of sight to the heavy rail lines (Shinkansen and large commuter lines) on the quietest side of the building(even on the top floor). That said turn the air purifier on high and you’ll drown out the on and off train noises.
