Good spot for quick stay
Just stayed one night. Was arriving late but staff on the phone was helpful in getting me situated. Hotel was clean. Friendly reminder, don’t be “that guy” talking on their phone at midnight when everyone is trying to sleep.

Pros: About 10 min walk from Mita station, super clean, wide and comfy 1 person bed, easy self check-in. Cons: There is no lockers! You will have to constantly bring your valuables with you. The shared area is noisy (fan noise?) and has a sterile atmosphere. Not the place to meet other travelers.

出張で1泊利用させてもらいました。
寝具/シャワー室（シャンプー有）/洗面所は綺麗でした。貴重品ロッカーがなく（見つけられていない？）、都度携帯する必要があり、その点のみ不便を感じました。 全体期には非常にコスパがよいと感じました。

満足
一泊で滞在。 共用部分 当方女性だが5階のドミトリータイプに宿泊。シャワーブースや洗面台には上半身裸の男性が何人かいて流石にブラトップだけとは行かず、シャワー上がりはトレーナーやTシャツを持参した方がいいかも。 フロント チェックイン&アウトが氏名、電話を入力を押しても出来ず。電話で受付番号6桁を教えてもらった。ちなみに電話が繋がる時間は23時まで 寝室 かなり狭いが逆に居心地よく困る事なし。騒音なども気にならず逆に2階の女性専用の方からの声が凄かったので男女共用ドミトリーにして正解だったかも。

到着すると、無人でチェックインする施設だったのですが、受付のタブレットに入力する必要なコード番号が、宿泊日までにメール等で知らされていなかった。結局、ホテルの連絡先へTELをして、電話ほ受付の人からチェックインコードを伝えられたのだが、そのやりとり含めてスムーズではなく、仮に電話がつながらなかったことを考えると、かなり不安になった。

セルフチェックインの宿は、何かあった時に以前面倒だったので、大丈夫か少々不安ありましたが、今回は大丈夫でした。 部屋や水回りなどはとてもきれいでした。 シャワー、トイレの数も十分ありました。 田町駅からも近く、コンビニもあり便利でした。 Wi-Fi環境もよいです。 ラウンジに湯沸かしポットがあって有り難かったですが、コップなどの食器類があるとよかったです。
