My first few days in Japan were made easy by saying at this hotel. I believe it’s a bag for your buck compared to other sized rooms in Tokyo! It’s a nice 8 minute walk to the closet and one of the most convenient train stations, only a 20-30 minute walk to Shinjuku for a drink!! The floors were a little dirty but only a minor and not a big issue! I would have liked to stay a few days more however their prices jumped 1.5x. The breakfast is okay, all you can eat chocolate Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and special K (I think), as well as croissants and orange/tea/coffee.

About a 10 minute walk to two different train stations which is nice. A Lawson across the street and a 7/11 around the corner. The staff was fine only the young guys really spoke English and one of the older guys was kind of rude. Also you are better off getting breakfast at one of the convenience store and skip the cereal breakfast. I would give it like a 8/10.

The restroom was a bit smaller than APA Hotel. The TV was super small to be far away from the bed. The Lawson in front was a blessing, snacks and food to buy 24/7 was cool to have. The breakfast was cool. The hotel and staff did their job

Hotel isn't so bad with simplest infrastructures, space is a little bit small. But it's a business hotel, we can't complain it. But the breakfast is so bad with almost nothing and the stuff is really seriously check everyone with his cool face and making people uncomfortable. Strongly suggest stuffs to learn how to smile to people.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. We really appreciated the daily amenities. The room worked well for our needs and stay. We prioritize function and essentials. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nice and had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel is located close to the train station and there are plenty if food options close.

The property was a 10 min walk from the JR line and was convenient. Able to walk back from a night out in Shinjuku of you pleased. But the bathroom was too tiny. Would love some protein for the breakfast option. But the staff was friendly, nice and helpful.

We stayed for 16 nights in this hotel and I’m grateful that they are very clean and accommodating. They clean our room every day, they have very nice staffs and quiet area. I love that they have Lawson in front of the hotel and close to 2 stations and a medical centre. Very peaceful area. Love that they offer breakfast too. Overall, highly recommended to stay when you want to visit Tokyo.
